The main (?) character speaks? (speculation)

In the trailer at the end the what I think is the main character speaks. Does that mean the lone wanderer will have a voice in the game? I'd love it if he/she did. I'm somewhat sick of silent protagonists, give us a voice.

There's already like three threads for this and in the poll the highest vote count is against a voiced character.

Just gonna copy and paste this:

This is a very good point. In a lot of games with voiced protagonists, it can get annoying because you have to go through your character repeat the option you picked. It's almost like your character is an interpreter translating everything you say into a language the NPCs can understand. Listening to my character repeat my dialogue choices can get pretty tiresome.

To solve this, many games have the character say something along the general lines of the option you picked but not the same. This often leads to the problem of the character saying something with a different meaning than you intended. This has frustrated me quite a bit in Witcher 3 when I picked an option that sounded like it meant one thing but Geralt said something with a completely other meaning.

That's not true. In most games with voiced protagonists, you still get the awkward freezes while you pick an option. It's just that there's less of it because there's usually less choice due to the cost of getting lines voiced.
