I belive the NCR would win all the fights due to their amount of troops and their rangers.
Khans would win due to the weapon advantege over fiends and powder gangers.

Bit of a debate between the Legion and NCR, that ones up in the air

and a war between the Brotherhood and NCR, that already happened and the Brotherhood lost, if they fought again then it would just be a mopping up mission for the NCR

Depending on which BoS.. If the east coast came down and did fight the NCR then they would win.
