William moved from the hotel lobby, and back outside. He pulled out a cigarette, and lifted his light up. As he was about to flick it and make a spark, he was interrupted by three rebels running past him and to the bar. Being a rebel himself, William had to check it out. He followed the group, and saw they surrounded another group of three. Two young men and a woman. More Chronicles came, and it turned into an old fashion mop stand off.
William walked over to join them, and lit his cigarette. He looked to the Rebels, and saw they were low ranking officers.
"Guys, put the guns down." He said to them, they scowled back. William showed his papers, and revealed himself as a higher ranking rebel. So they did as they were told. William stared at the other Chronicles, until they finally put their guns down.
"We can handle this peacefully, and as for you four, you should have known not to attack a Chronicle out of a battle. You know the rules we have, we want a peaceful society, and we leave the society peaceful." William walked over and patted the closest rebel on the back. "Get the Hell out of here, fighting doesn't belong in public."
They did as they were told, and William took a puff of his cigarette. He held his hand out to the three people, and waited to someone to shake his hand.
"Name's William Ickis. I'd like to apologize for my men, and no one wants bloodshed, right? Sure, I'm a rebel, but I don't fight unless fought."
