I have been heavily considering this for a long, long time and I have finnaly decided this is what I am going to do since no one signed up for the Assassins I had no choice but to close it down, now this is no sequel to the Manhattan War this is the first one revived I want to see what could of happened with the Manhattan War.....

Manhattan, New York the year is 2277 two hundred years after the bombs dropped but now that is all behind us that war is over that is the past now there are two sides in Manhattan the Rebel's and the Chronicles each with there own veiws of what to do with the city of Manhattan. The Rebel's are the good guy's who want to rebuild Manhattan into the place it used to be before the war and the Chronicles are the bad guys who want to keep Manhattan the way it is a old broken down ruin filled city. But there is also some people who do not care about anything that happens in Manhattan and they are on neither side's they will just do what they want. So which side will you choose?


RULES

* No God Modding
* No Killing Other Character's without permission
* No starting out with strong weapons and armor
* You may change sides at any time but you must have a reason
* You have to eat and drink to stay alive (You can go without out food and water for 3 and a half day's max)
* You can only start with a maximum 100 caps
* You can only collect caps from human enimies and and drawers or containers
* Romance is allowed but to a certain level
* You can join raiders, slavers etc.
* You can use weapon that exist in our world too
* No wipeing out whole towns or settlements by your self
* Depending on your skills you will be able to do things other's cannot ex. there is a locked door and no one can pick it if you have lock pick you can do this "[Lockpick] There got the door open"
* You may have a pet
* Other then these rules you can pretty mich do anything else

Biography: Karth was born in riches, to Stephen Smith, a millionaire. As a child he was given only the finest clean water, the unirradiated food, and everything he could ever want. Karth was a good child, always working his hardest. He showed a great talent when it came to science, and grew up to love to learn about medicine and the medical field.

When Karth was five-years-old he got his first personal terminal. He used it a lot to keep record, to keep a diary, to study medical journals. Karth's first time practicing his medical expertise was on a family dog that had nearly died. He managed to perform a surgery and remove a bag of caps the dog ate.

At the age of fifteen Karth was an elite doctor, one of the best in the world. He knew how to keep someone alive using the most basic tools. When he told his father he was leaving, his father was apalled. He tried to kill his son and they fought that night. Karth killed his father and took a hunting rifle, a .32 pistol, and a bag of caps. He travelled to Rivet City and bought some chems.

After his trip to Rivet City, he bought passage to Manhattan, New York, seeking the technology that was there. He planned to get his hands on all the tech. After that was complete he'd go to the west coast and join the Brotherhood of Steel, using their technology he could do great things, like gain power, political power, gain control of armies, lead the Brotherhood to conquering the entire world under his leadership.

Biography:

Mordecai was born in Hells Kitchen to Roland Irileto a high ranking slaver in the HKS, Roland taught Mordecai how to fight and how to survive in Manhattan and who to trust and who not to trust.
When Mordecai was the young age of seven he was attacked by a group of Radroaches and killed them all, when he returned back to Hells Kitchen he was riddled with Radroach bites and that is were he got the nick name Roach. Everyone called his Roach from then on and Mordecai accepted his nick name.
When Mordecai was nineteen he left Hells Kitchen and joined a small Mercenary group known as "Lucky Sevens" it consisted of seven members. Over the next sixteen years the Lucky Sevens were high class mercs and were getting contracts everyday. When the Lucky Sevens were on a mission they were ambushed by some Rebels and all but three were killed, Mordecai, Henry, Mike. Ever since that night Mordecai stopped being a merc and went looking for the last two surviving members to find out what happened that night.

I will not, Lord Dren, Darkom, WoolyMammoth, and others are helping with it and we have eight people reserved and the sign up sheet aint even up yet.

That's doesn't mean you won't end it. I've seen you end things liek that before. The TES section would be good for you, and ending a RP prematurely because it gets slow or people lose interest is a bad thing to do.

Even if I did end it, which I wont. Darkom would take over.
