OFF TOPIC: I came up with this idea last night when I was dreaming and it was so good I could not let it go!

Manhattan, New York the year is 2277 two hundred years after the bombs dropped but now that is all behind us that war is over that is the past now there are two sides in Manhattan the Rebel's and the Chronicles each with there own veiws of what to do with the city of Manhattan. The Rebel's are the good guy's who want to rebuild Manhattan into the place it used to be before the war and the Chronicles are the bad guys who want to keep Manhattan the way it is a old broken down ruin filled city. But there is also some people who do not care about anything that happens in Manhattan and they are on neither side's they will just do what they want. So which side will you choose?


RULES

* No God Modding
* No Killing Other Character's without permission
* No starting out with strong weapons and armor
* You may change sides at any time but you must have a reason
* You have to eat and drink to stay alive (You can go without out food and water for 3 and a half day's max)
* You can only start with a maximum 100 caps
* You can only collect caps from human enimies and and drawers or containers
* Romance is allowed but to a certain level
* You can join raiders, slavers etc.
* You can use weapon that exist in our world too
* No wipeing out whole towns or settlements by your self
* Depending on your skills you will be able to do things other's cannot ex. there is a locked door and no one can pick it if you have lock pick you can do this "[Lockpick] There got the door open"
* You may have a pet
* Other then these rules you can pretty mich do anything else

* Broadway, a well guarder and secured place were the rich are
* Harlem, Raiders run wild here
* Little Italy, A very nice settlement is well guarded and baracaded many people live here
* Midtown, a dangerous place lots of enimes and creatures waiting to kill you here very dangerous (Sort of like D.C. In Fallout 3)
* SoHo, base to the Rebel's
* Greenwich Village, settlement
* East Village, West village Rival settlement
* West Village, East Village Rival settlement
* Central Park, A swampy area with irradiated water
* Madison Square Garden, an arena were you cn make caps
* Times Square, Dangerous
* Union Square, VERY DANGEROUS

Personality: Amy is never arrogant but usually good at getting what she wants. Loves to talk and find out information and likes to have a look around.

Bio: Was born in Manhatton, loved the life there. Childhood was great for her, she loved to make friends and explore the ruins. Another hobby she liked to do was steal things from peoples houses. She got caught once and was severely punished. Vowed never to steal again. Later on she heard people wanted to fix the city up, make it civilised. These people were called Rebels, she hated them immediately. She didn't want change, things were perfect here. Seen a flier which asked for help to stop these rebels, these people who needed help were called the Chronicals. Amy took her best dress, her switchblade and her gun.
She is searching for the people to help keep this city as it is.

Awesome this is going really good so far, and only two more people unitl posting time.
And you guys really think this is a good idea at least better then the Wasteland RP I made wich just might soon R.I.P. I have not decided yet.

like i said its my first group, so can someone fill me in on the way it go's and rules. i know basic stuff like no killing other peoples characters and no overpowering and stuff but im still a little clueless.

Both factions are either good or evil. There's no room for graying or distortion, it's one group saying "We like our stable community" and the other saying "ANARCHY!!"
