Daggerfall has eight endings. In seven i'm sure the Underking died. But i'm not so sure about the God of Worms version. In the Mannimarco version, He uses the Mantella to become a God. Leaving the Underking without a heart. And alive. Is that true?

Yes, but the other six override it, so he's dead, and thus Talos is a god.

The Jills of Akatosh tried their best to mend the timelines, but they couldn't undo all Mannimarco's deeds.


He ascended to become the God of Worms but was quickly cast back into a mortal shell, neither Lich nor God. (He appears as a normal Altmer sorcerer in Oblivion's questline.)

However, the God of Worms remained in the sky as the Revenant.


Zurin Arctus remains dead. This is probably because he died in seven out of eight endings. The majority, it would appear, rules.
