The Mass Effect series

Thanks boys. Ironically the standard Windoze 'do you want us to see why this error message occured' actually worked this time. :D It said I would need to patch the game and it was a known issue, then linked to the EA site.

Yay for Vista!! *cough* I mean.....as you were. ;)

The first Mass Effect was great; story was terrific and general gameplay passable. The second one not so much; with a dreadful story and compromise but tweaked up combat.

ME series is currently my 2nd favourite (TES is 1st :D ). I seriously don't have any major complaints, graphics and animations are great, gameplay is good (in the 2nd it's great and largely superior to the 1st one though), story is great in both games so far -one of the best I've seen- acting is also top notch and you can easily spend 30 hours in either one of them :)

Can't wait for ME3! If it wasn't for Skyrim it would probably be GOTY (though I'm sure it'll still be GOTY for some sites/magazines)

So you have Vista.
I think Vista weren't good windows for gamers.
Once a friend came to my house having a Vista Ultimate disc, and I had xp.
He asked me:
Do you want to install Vista ?
And he was talking about them and convinced me to try.
Well I kept them for 3 or 4 months and then went back to xp.
Vista just used lots of resources without giving enough benefits,at least for me.
I couldn't ran many of my older games, and I had to select lower graphic settings to keep a good frame rate at the modern ones.

Oh god no it's not. About 90% of the time I have to tweak some bloody thing or other to make games work. I've just not got around to backing everything up and moving to XP on it. It does test my limited computer skills though. ;)

You know, i used Vista on my gaimng machine for a year, and it never gave any trouble. Only reason i upgraded to 7 was to make use of my whole RAM with a 64b OS. And the game browser worked better in Vista, i don't even use the 7 one.
