Looks like a Saarthal Amulet you can get when your at Saarthal doing the mage college quest line Or I miss read and you were talking about

If you make a Male of the Month I'll enter Roggard and a male khajiit I have waiting in the wings.

My amulets of mara consist of small picnic plates with gold colored tin foil and plastic gems glued on them Probably the reason they are not working.

I'm tempted to try and get a really good pic of Borgakh and enter her again though she insists she is done with this competition. Though I could dig up some pics of Irwaen perhaps.
