1. No helmet or head cover
2. The women that won the competitions of June and July will "Not" compete in these other competitions, instead they will wait till "Ms December" has been chosen. Then they will all compete for the best of the best
3. Everyone can enter or re-enter! (The characters who lost last time can compete again)
4. The Pageants "sign-ups" will from now on start on the 15/16th of every month and end in the last day of the months, The voting will begins the 1st every month and ends the 15th. After that a new pageant starts.
5. I will take more than 20 photos and will add a "blank" voting button at the 20th entry which means "none of them" so you move on to the other section of characters
6. You can sign up two characters as most
