Representative Payne, House's Representative
"Your on to something there, this campaign with the Legion could be ended within a few days if we all act now. There are 5 Legion positions left in the Mojave. Camp Golf will be destroyed by the Enclave soon. Nelson can be taken by a joint force of Novac milita and the NCR. The harder part is the Hoover Dam which the Legion has been fortifying for the past 7 months. If the Hoover Dam falls so will the two remaining camps, the Fort and Legates camp which are simply an entry point and camp for the Legate respectively.

Let us Nightkin remove the Battle Cattle from the Hoover Dam. They have been fortifying the outside with fences and gates, with Stealth Boys we shall infiltrate the Dam itself and slaughter them from within. In the narrow corridors the Legion's numbers will mean nothing.
Paladin Marshall Denton, BoS
"I'm bringing this to the table so we can lay it out as an option. During our elimination of the ghouls, we came across a bunch of hostile Nightkin that had taken up residence in the basemant of the REPCONN facility, in addition to a group of non-hostile Ghouls. However, before I could begin to negotiate with these Ghouls, one of my men became trigger-happy and shot at the group's leader. In turn, we had no choice but to return fire. Fear not, for this man has been dealt with severely and has been exiled from our Order, per our Codex.
What was interesting was that a human by the name of Chris Haversam was amongst these Ghouls, and he surrendered. He claimed that he had been working on a set of space rockets to take him and the Ghouls on some non-sense called "the Great Journey," and that he was a scientist. Once we dealt with the Nightkin--*Denton looks to Lobo uneasily*--which I hope you understand, they attacked us first, but anyways...we indeed found these space rockets in a large chamber in the basemant. Looking at them, an idea came to mind. If we could get these rockets functioning, we could reprogram their navigational data and use them as a weapon against the Legion. However, the drawback is if we did manage to convert these rockets, we could even end up damaging the Hoover. But we could use them to hit the other sites that the Legion controls.
Now, I know what you may be thinking. 'Oh, the Brotherhood is hording it for themselves, they could kill us all.' But really, what purpose would that serve? No, remove that notion. If we were to come to a unanimous agreement on whether to go ahead with the conversion of the rockets, we may actually have a real chance to crush the Legion before they overrun New Vegas. As further assurance, we will let House himself push the button if and only if the rockets function. What say the rest of you?"
I have heard of this group, they were led by one named Davison. I knew him when I was at Jacobstown, he and all who followed him were deeply unstable and traumatized by the Master's death. They formed a sort of religion that many of the more intelligent of my kind call antlerism, but that is not important. Rest assured Paladin that I will seek no retribution for their deaths, they were all beyond help.
