Hate to say it, but we've also got to consider the boys in the red skirts. We go knocking down the BOS's front door at Helios and, granted yeah, we can probably take them on, but then what happens when the Legion decides they want to give a knock on our own door?

Not to mention I feel now that we've shown our hand. That switch to turn on the big-bad-weapon at Helios is going to start to look real friendly to the BOS.

Ranger Blaine we also need to formalize the official post conflict borders now. Here is my plan. The NCR controls Primm and the I-15 to the Mojave Outpost in the Mojave. Your control extends north of Primm to Jeans Shack. To the east the NCR will control all from the Mojave Outpost to the Colorado at Cottonwood. Ranger Station Charlie will be the most northern border for your nations' sovereignty. The I-93 to Boulder City can be used for supplies lines by official military convoys but any military action, locations or movement north of Primm in the western Mojave or Boulder City in the east needs to be requested and granted by the afflicted and sovereign communities.

Colonel you can relax, the NCR will not be returning to the Vegas area in any militaristic way. House takes his pledges to allies very seriously and you have the full support and protection from ANY enemies that wish you harm.

Dr. Sanders there is no stabbing in the back of the BoS the terms are very simple. Either they retreat from Helios One or it will be taken with force.

Mr. Matthews I wasn't aware you wished to help in the issue in Freeside, if your willing to put your family members in harms way to protect NCR citizens coming to Vegas no one will stop you. Of course your families are part of the solution in all of this, but House remains sole proprietor of the Strip. If you don't wish to help stabilize Freeside then House will not interfere in your affairs running your now two casinos on the Strip.

Mayor Harty I agree, given the continued threat of the Legion, Fiends, Deathclaws and Powder Gangers it would be much better if the BoS simply retreated from Helios One but that is up to their ambassador now.

Lastly Ambassador Turner I'll get to Freeside's power allocation in a moment. But Dr. Sanders you leaving the meetings will do nothing towards helping your cause. Speaking of which Dr. Sanders, do you want House's financing for goods and services or not?

Well I'll admit, that wasn't my intention, *shrugs* I have no interest in protecting Freeside really. My point was that should the need arise, the Strip has soldiers besides the Securitrons who'd be prepared to defend it.

Speaking of Gomorrah though, we'd like to petition to allow for any remaining Omerta's to be allowed to work at Gomorrah again. We could use the extra man-power.

I was just thinking of the agreement for Novac's miltia force.

We will need thirty suits of Combat Armor, thirty Combat Helmets, forty Assault Carbines, and 5mm rounds for the Assault Carbines. And, if we can help take Camp McCarren from the Fiends, we would like 10 Laser RCWs (OoC: In lore Novac would be much bigger than in game).

And Sanders, is it possible for one or two doctors to be sent to Novac? Our town doctor was below standards at best until she was hauled away by the Legion.

Dr. Sanders the BoS stand against every principle Vegas has been refounded on. Technological freedom, property ownership, trade of energy weapons, etc. The BoS may have a less radical Elder for now but that may not always be the case. Not very long ago the BoS in the Mojave was in an active state of war against the NCR like their brothers back West in California which is how they now control Helios One today. Now Sanders answer my question, do you want financial backing from House or not? Also we can chew gum and run, the Fiends only number 12 or so, and the Enclave will make quick work of them. The Legion will be crippled by the destruction of Cottonwood, and their forces in Nelson will be severely crippled trying to take your town.

Mr. Matthews, House appreciates your willingness to protect Vegas, but hopefully the day won't come when you and your family are put on the front lines of any battle. The Gomorrah is now your casino you may hire whom ever you want as long as they weren't involved in that treasonous plot 6 months ago. If you discover any that were, you know how to handle that situation.

Ambassador Turner, it is my hope we don't have to take Helios One by force. If that were to happen I wouldn't except the Kings to participate given the situation in Freeside. Simply focus on those damn traitors and radicals, the Fiends and Helios One will be taken care of through any means. Also do you have an idea of what weapons the Kings will need?

Why are the followers so dead-set on allying with the Brotherhood? Even with a new elder they are not to be trusted. Especially in a time like this, where everyone is weak, and with HELIOS' "weapon", they could easily wipe every major group in the Mojave off the map.

The NCR appreciates Mr. House's generosity, and hopes that this friendship will last. Southern mojave will certainly be kept safe under our watch.

Although the locals... When this all settles down... the locals need to learn to respect NCR soldiers. They can fling [censored] at the politicians for all I care, but our soldiers need to be respected, as they are fighting and dying every day to fight the Legion and keep the region safe.

"Well the Kings aren't asking for much, we simply need enough firepower to quell any threats to Freesiders. I imagine roughly 20-30 Assault Rifles of any condition would be fine. The King has also talked about putting a sniper up in Freeside to snuff out any of the building thugs, squatters, tribals, etc. So if we could put together enough caps to pay for a sniper or hunting rifle, that would also be beneficial."

"If the NCR didn't only feed themselves while depriving the locals of their supplies, maybe we wouldn't be so hostile. Once again, I do not speak for the King when I say that if you and your boys want to come into Freeside, you come in as civilians, not as NCR soldiers, citizens, whatever.
