A group of Securitrons will roam Southwestern Vegas to ensure all the Fiends are truly gone and to collect equipment, including in Vault 3. House has no problem with the Gun Runners relocating to Vault 3 or checking the vault for danger."

Aye don't worry I can esnure you that the Gun Runners do not want and will hand over any former equipment, weapons, and armor of the fiends well apart form the vault ofcourse.

Having the Vault would great benfit to the Gun Runners as we could simply Lock up the vault should anyone attack us, has plenty of room for our weapon construction along with extra room for storage along with sleeping areas, vault entrainement for off-duty hours and plenty of nearby areas to scavange for buliding supplies.

although i would like to request that any Vault three equipment/items, regardless if it was used by the fiends (like the vaults generator, clinci equipment and beds etc) should remain in vault however that said we will Mr house is more than welcome to have his own mini section of the vault for personal use.

"All items inside of the vault that are bottled down, connected or otherwise critical for the vaults continued operations will be left alone. Also any items that simply belonged to Vault 3 before the Fiends inhabited it will be left. All of Vault 3 can be used by the Gun Runners as they see fit and House will need none of that vault for any purposes.

The NCR and House just don't trust the Brotherhood because of their history.

If you are in need of a home you can establish a permenant base in the REPCONN facility, it will need some cleaning up but it has plenty of Pre-War technology that can be researched and we will soon recieve plenty of trade once more.

to be fair you tired to wipe us out, over a dozen of our Caravans have been wiped out and all of them carrying enegry weapons and no witness.... you're lucky i'm here, several of my co-bosses wanted to kill you during this meeting.

ooc: in-game it's sorta implied that the Van graffs have been doing this but the GR Supect it's brotherhood (and they seemed to be framed for it)

"I am. However, seeing as though we apparently pose just as much of a threat as the Legion, I just needed confirmation that this is what you've accepted."

"Very well." *replacing the radio, Denton sighs again.* "Mayor Harty, should there be some resistance to what I propose next, we will agree to yield HELIOS One and move to REPCONN. Know this, however.

We will allow joint ownership of HELIOS One with House, or failing that, we propose one representative to be able to remain at HELIOS for research purposes while House retains full control. We recognize that we seem to be outnumbered here, but I do NOT want to hear of another group's complaints months from now when one area has more power than another, and why we didn't divvy up power equally, because clearly many folks here are selfish enough to want to be petty and squabble over something we were willing to carve up equally."

ooc- The way the thread is set up every group has to deal with the numbers they have, you doing that opens the door to the NCR just saying "ho ho 5 bat. of troopers come in I win", or House just going, "I have another secret bunker full of robots so I win". If you didn't see those extra BoS members in game they don't exist under the situation of this convention.

ooc: plus it's mention in game that the western brotherhood is in a middle of a war, no way could they just send a company out west even if it was allowed.

ooc mk2 : qeustion are the brotherhood giving out power or just using it themsleves (i assume it's this but checking)

@paladin lewis, the position where I was having the Brotherhood come from was divvying up the power equally to everyone else because they are under the leadership of a new Elder and seek to make changes and amends with outside groups.

"If you vacate Helios immediately you will be allowed to keep one unarmed, independent monitor at Helios. Also every other group here with engineers who are of a sane and compident nature will be allowed one unarmed independent monitor at Helios so that everyone can rest safety at night knowing that the super weapon at Helios will never be engaged. These monitors will not be able to change any of the operational capability of Helios, but they can send as many reports as they want to their respective factions on the status of Helios.

If your forces wish to take up residence at Rep Con as long as surrounding communities have no quarrel House has no problem with such a move. But Paladin Denton let me make something clear, the I-15 and I-93 are off limits. I know your groups history with energy weapons and the NCR. The area just south of Novac at Ranger Station Charlie is NCR territory, the area north of Hidden Valley is Vegas proper. If an armed member of your group is found outside of that corridor force will be unbiasedly applied, unless they are an ambassador such as yourself.

If you can accept these terms I believe this convention can come to an end to be resumed a month from now.

Everyone this convention has been fruitful but the time has come for action. In one month this convention will resume, the same place, the same time. Everyone I thank you arriving, and please have a safe trip home."
