I'm not too sure whether I'd like to be General of an Army. It sounds censoring awesome, but I'd be left out of any missions given by Ryans.

Yeah that's really why I want Monk as an agent

Well, Ryans would allow you to go on missions as the General of the Army because of what you did on the contract. If you do choose to be the General of the Army your job will be deciding where to attack and when to do it which would allow you to do other things. Normally the General would do much more than that but that is the main important thing so if you were doing that and missions for Ryans that would make him happy.

The winning side is not defined, right?
And NCR's goals are to capture the whole Mojave by force?
The more light you shed into what the NCR has turned into, the better. :) I want to see what kind of mean SOBs we have turned into, hehe. Also, what happened to the old installations the NCR had? Like the one that's awfully close to Vegas and is protecting it from the Fiends?

Well the NCR has dropped all of its war rules which means they can torture and use brutal methods. Right now the NCR has no morals, they want Ryans dead and they want the Mojave. They were evacuated once the battle for the dam was over. Securitrons went to every NCR base and attacked them, most got away but some unlucky NCR troops died.

I see, so we're pretty much pushed out and regrouping at that pass into Mojave that's in the South West of it. Can't remember the name, though it had those two ranger statues? Seems cool, considering we'll have a lot of ground to cover, 'til we get to sweet ol' Vegas.

Nice, makes it more clearer, but i have two questions:

What are the "unoccupied" zones? (who controls them, military, government etc etc"

This is more of a suggestion:

What about having Camp Guardian a NCR outpost, kinda like a "Alamo" with them surrounded in all directions by Amphibious Legionaries and Mohave Union troops?

The area that is unoccupied will either be taken over by factions or left alone if it is a place that is not considered to be valuable.

I had this idea for my Legion guy, i could have Novac being the most fortified unoccupied area next to the NCR "Camp Guardian" which never got the evac signal from the NCR. And my legionary is killed by Boone or Manny Vargas.

Boone is not with the NCR anymore. He is in a secret faction that will be revealed later on in the RP. And there are some plans with Novac and this secret faction.
