Roleplay thread #6 (Windhelm: Part two)

4E 207. Hearthfire month. independent Kingdom of Skyrim.
The civil war has end, the imperials driven out of the north and Skyrim remains a land of independent kingdoms who barely talk to each other, the dream of a united land and under a single high king is a long forgotten fairytale. Few dragons still roam but most are driven out by different knightly orders of dragon hunters
Three years have pasted since the great showdown in the woods of Falkreath.
The wolf-pack barely holding together after the loss of several high influenced members now turns their attention towards the remaining wolfs for new leadership.
While on the other side of the past conflict is the old and tired Markus Liberty, only remaining member of the Order of the Lily, trying hard to establish a new chapel and guild of Dibella in the city of Solitude.

Welcome to the sixth thread in the second chapter of our roleplay, there are a few guidelines i would like to mention:
1. if you are going to say something outside of the roleplay then please do it by writing OOC before the comment
OOC = out of character.
But we still prefer that you write it in the sign up/OOC thread
2. this is a freestyle roleplay, that means we have no set storyline to follow, our characters do as they please, but we still need to avoid multiple separate storyline's going on in the same thread so we should always try and include each other in whatever our characters are doing.
3. Don’t be afraid of being hostile towards each others, conflict is always fun.
4. If you want one of the other members characters to do something specific towards your character, then take it up with them in the OOC thread or throughout PM's
I also recommend everyone check out the pined thread called “so you think you can roleplay” there’s a lot of good advised there on how to make an interesting character

"As you know the dead doesnt always stay dead. Freezing would only be a temporary solution. We don't have any idea if these creatures will be persistent enough to forge unto battle. It's safer to keep an eye on them than to simply sweep the dirt under the carpet. Out of sight and out of mind will benefit no one."

Turns to Markus and gestures at the door.
"I will guard the door in just in case."

Lax turned to Ra', "If you hear something going on in there, come get me. I want to know what its like to fight one of these things, that way we have a better idea of what we are dealing with."

Ra turned to Lax
"I second the notion. My brother here has the right idea. Like I said we need to find out if dead stays dead and how far those creatures are willing to push themselves to achieve the goal of their 'masters'."

"Whomever I find first will be the first to know."

"Riskier than taking the cargo to the second busiest port in the old kingdom? i'm not sure, but they need to get to riften, so there wont be any concern for now. is everyone done with their business? anyone seen my new dagger yet? i certainly haven't"

"We ported only hours ago, from experience I know it takes longer than a few hours. Markus it was your idea to port here so stop complaining. Why Riften? You aren't even sure the man you wish to speak to is alive."

hours can feel like days, better get Kan to buy us some more butter, i know kittens like butter"

Her face got dark.
"Things can change quickly in a short period of time..."

"Listen, there's a lot going on in Riften and its close to the border, if he isnt there i'm sure we will find someone who can help, i'll pay for another day at the dock spot "
Markus looked around..
"you have any idea where everyone's at? are they all coming to Riften?"

"If you at any point wish to dispose of the bodies you best leave it to me. I will burn them and put a seal on the ashes, then we can dump them."
