The capital wasteland is such a big place so there must be at least one person who annoys you so much you just wanna feed em to a deathclaw. who's yours.

mine would have to be the women in megaton who gives you gifts. she fills up my inventory with useless crap and i become overweighed. i see her running towards me and i run away trying to escape but she allways catches me. aggggh its deathclaw time

I don't really find anyone annoying but Victoria "Don't you have a component to deliver?" Watts is a close one. Thankfully, she appears only during that one quest in the whole game, so I can tolerate her.

Obviously Victoria Watts is the most annoying person.

The Random NPCs for me

Definately Brian Wilkes for me, my ''evil'' character Chris sold him to slavery at the end of the quest and I just had to laugh about it afterward..

Victoria Watts is public nuisance number one. I had an awesome encounter weeks ago with Her. I was at Paradise falls, on the back side of the compound where the wrecked cars reside. All of the sudden, I see tow friendly blips (I have animal friend) It was Victoria Watts being chased by a Yao Gui and it continued to maul her. She would get up over and over again. I watched her get the crap beat out her like a drum. It was fantastic. She is essential until you talk to her, then all bets a re off. After watching the Yao beat her like a pi?ata, I finally got my fill and talked to her. She lasted about 4 seconds as the Yao finished her off. Man I wish I would have kept that save.

WTH? Why no mention of Tammy and James Hargrave?

These two character piss me off more than Fawkes does. I can't stand Tammy's attitude about her son and I can't stand her son's attitude about anything.

I've never ever been given the speech challenges on James; the one that causes him to run away with C.J. Young or the one that gives you ammo.

I'm currently biding my time with character #4, I want the sandman perk so I can quietly slit Tammy's throat. I want to hear James whine about how he's now an orphan. Maybe I'll put a bullet in his head too (Yes, I'm aware he is an essential character but it may be fun just to watch him go unconsious.)

The guy who turns 13 in the kid caves with the partyhat on and he wants you to take him to bigtown. he got dominated by a super mutant

2. Doctor Li - She's so full of herself, she thinks she's so important I wish I could've sent her to be captured by the aliens to be probed for a while.

3. Victoria Watts - Everyone knows how annoying she is.

4. James and Tammy Hargrave - I usually avoid them.

5. Princess - Most of the kids in Lamplight are annoying but she's the worst in my opinion.

6. Colin Moriarty - Setting off the Megaton bomb is almost worth it just to spite him.

7. Doc Church - An annoying ***hole of a doctor. Another candidate to be turned into dust.

8. Harkness - For some reason I really hate Harkness though usually because I normally play good characters I end up helping him.

9. Lana Danvers - She's just as annoying as Harkness only worse.

10. Officer Taylor - "Don't you know enough to stay away?" No but I know enough to blow your *** away.

11. The Overseer - No comment

Yeah a lot of people in the game annoy and tick me off.

- I can't stand Nathan in Megaton. All that patriotic 'god bless the enclave' crap gets old, fast. I usually kill him in every game, and leave his body to rot in the radiated water around the bomb.

- All the children in the game, especially those in Little Lamplight.

- Sarah Lyons. She thinks she's the queen of the world because she's the 'leader' of a sissy team of wannabes, The Lyons Pride, but if her daddy wasn't who he is, she'd be a dead wastelander just like everyone else.

- Victoria Watts. You do her a favor and she acts as if you owe her something. [censored].

- Jericho. I don't know what sort of a town 'sheriff' lets an ex-raider live in their town. Once a raider, always a raider. You die now.

- Lucas Simms. That so-called 'sheriff', letting a raider stay in the town he pretends to protect. Lucas Simms, you're a pathetic excuse for a lawman and you should be shot.

All he does is walk around, telling you in that deep 'authoritative' voice, "I've got my eye on you". Well, obviously Mr Simms you don't. I've killed Nathan over there not ten minutes ago, yet here you are totally oblivious to a naked corpse lying in a puddle. Idiot.

the robo-butler, who believes your seriously injured when you've only been scratched, gets in the door way blocking the bed, and never gives you enough purified water

there are contradictions in the game. its either 16, or 18. Ingame, he claims to be 18 , but the others claim that he is 16 (confirmed via http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Sticky)

for me, its a tie between Sticky and Victoria Watts. I was able to get VW stuck in the broken bow section of Rivet City, so she never gave me the component, and she kept drowning.

Docter Li is next. snobby [censored].
