Well, if my character HAD to get married and those were the only choices I guess I would pick the only one that I could marry. Not much of a choice really.

However, if eligible I would never marry a centuries old evil infused living undead. Even if she cured herself, the unspeakable (yes she won't even talk about it) things that she is capable of doing could be a turn off.

But, if I had to chose, I would chose Carlotta, Serana being an undead has no interest. I want to marry someone who is living.

Well, I find Goth ladies very attractive, and Serana comes close to that.

Serana gets under my skin... If she isn't stealing my kills she's up my ass asking what I wanted or planting an ice spike in my rear or raising those annoying undead minions etc...etc... Not to mention the fact that she refuses to wait when I ask her, which results in her making it impossible to sneak up on my target or pickpocket the note from the vampire I'm trying to kill

I haven't met Serana, but from what it seems, I would marry Carlotta. What she thinks of other men being interested in her would make me very sure that she loves me for real and wouldn't cheat on me.

Her kid is among the nice ones so I don't care about that.
