I'd like a new setting for the targeting reticle.

I'd like to be able to disable the reticle while in the passive stance, but have the crosshairs activate when I am in the combat stance with a weapon out.

In combat, I do need the crosshairs to be effective, but I find the dot that I get in passive mode unnecessary and distracting.
