The most optimal DLC playthrough : Fallout: New Vegas

Now that the final Story based DLC is out im trying to think what would be the best possible order to play through the whole game + DLC by taking advatage of all the new gear and perks that we get from all DLC. Story wise we know that it can go one of 2 ways:

From Collecting all the holo tapes in lonesome road i get the idea that the progression is HH DM OWB then LR.
Then again you Could say that we should play it in order od the way they were released being DM HH OWB then LR

From a gameplay perspective im thinking of DM first for the access to the sierra madre vendor for *free* repair kits/stimpaks/etc and most importantly the gold bars for which to finance the rest of the DLC. After that id say that LR would be the next best logical step for the following:

SMMG against enemies with low to medium DT its very cost effective and ive found more accurate than fido and K9000, Red Glare for its ability to decimate large groups of medium and light armour, access to the both Ulysses Duster and the Elite Riot Armour (best medium and light armour in the game) finally access to the lonesome road perk (+10% damage without companions)

HH would be next purely for ALSID.

With all that gear OWB would be a very fun ride
