I jumped into the blacksmithing sign in dawnstar and got mysteriously teleported above the sky... technically I didn't die as I very quickly reloaded before the potential fall kicked in... but yeah... that'd have been insane, I've tried to replicate and fraps it but it just hasn't happened... so no proof this actually happened .

Best one I have had was I was fighting the Drauger ghost trio bosses at the reforge the amulet quest. The second one spawns like 5 guys that glitched and dragonshouted me 7 times in a row, bouncing me all over the room before finally shouting me so hard that I glitched through the floor and continuously fell to my death.

That would have to be... getting killed by one of those wooden produce carts in Riverwood while I was sprinting around. I sandwiched it between me and a wall and I got slaughtered. :brokencomputer:

When my main character was still young i was wondering around exploring i got attacked by a sabre cat i ran away , jumping over rocks , sprinting as fast i could didn't noticed there was a cliff beyond the last rock , i jumped over the rock , learned the hard way that humans can't fly

I attempted to kill a guard but I took an arrow to the knee! :celebration:

This happens a lot to me: Sneak aproach an enemy. I am on a stair above the enemy (can be a ledge or something higher ground) i draw my bow. aim. and shoot. All that happens is that the arrow bounces behind me and lies there on the floor. I can repeat this 100 times i will never hit the enemy but stagger a lot of arrows. The problem is the enemy will hear me and come in close combat and kill me. Stairs ... my arch enemy

I reloaded and did the same to him.

I had an epic archery battle with an Ancient Dragon high atop a cliff. When it finally swooped down to land, I pulled out my two-handed sword and prepared to mince the svcker. I activated the Time Slow shout, and adjusted my positioning slightly for a better hit...

...and backed off the edge of the cliff in slow motion...

...and had plenty of time to contemplate my own stupidity as I fell to my death in slow motion.

I think the runner-up would be the time I first attempted a certain quest where a cave collapses and fills with water around you, eventually drowning you if you're too dumb to find the exit.

Not only was I too dumb to find the exit, it turned out I had two potions of Waterbreathing and the Volsung mask (constant waterbreathing enchantment) in my bag.

traveling through mountains a dragon came, i performed my duties as dovakiin and killed it. i survived its fiery breath but after i jumped down some mountains, literally dropped about 5ft i died....

I survived numerous battles with foes that completely outleveled my combat ability in every way possible.

I survived them by hitting them and running away.

One such time, I lured an NPC to a cliff, so I could push them off the cliff. As it turned out, there was a river down below, so I jumped into the river thinking I could pincushion them with arrows.

Landed on a submerged rock Only damn one in the river too.

funny story, accidently did this and all the villagers died around me, im chuckling at my mistake when i see a lil girl get hit. Im like that guy from Family Guy "ow noes!" thinking well sry lil girl but thats what happens when u...lil girl gets up and runs right at me. im like "Ok cool, ur safe thank god" type of stuff when shes looks at me and says "I dotn knwo what the big deal is, im not scared of you" type thing. Needlys to say my jaws on the ground like 'ded this lil girlies just say that to the mighty dragonborne!!!" to which shes interupts me and to proceed to tell me again shes not scared of me........................PFFT ur just lucky ur immortal kid, just wait til u get older then say that to my face!

and the mighty dragonborne had to walk away.......

Would that have been a quest for the Thieves Guild? Outside of Whiterun?

Happened to me this morning with sub level 10 archer sneak thief. I probably should have gotten out of it but I went all "spaz" with my bow and started misfiring like a newb deluxe.

Fail.

Finish off about 6 guys at once, still at full health, turn around, and one guy runs me through in an awesome manner.

I fell through the stairs at my house in Soitude.

I was blow dried by a Dwemer ZenturionMaster.....

I feel like I'm the most useless adventurer at that time

While trying to catch a butterfly, I fell into a rapids and was swept over a huge waterfall. It was pretty cool except for the butterfly part.

OK, I fast travel to a Standing Stone as it is on the way to a quest location. It is the stone that always has a necromancer at it. Of course a dragon shows up as I fast traveled and the necromancer is taking offense at my presence. So, I decide to Shout the Dragon down so he and necromancer can have a play date. Only I forget that I had Whirlwind Sprint selected in my Magic Menu.....

Anyway, after I sprinted a couple hundred yards out into the valley, I realized there was no ground under my feet anymore. Gravity took care of that and I plummeted to the valley floor with a nice splat at the end. I wish I had been in Third Person to see that, I bet my character had one of those Wile E Coyote looks on his face just before he fell to the ground.

Fought a giant and won with about 10% of my health remaining. Along comes a stealthy, mighty mudcrab which gives me just enough of a hit to not kill me but nudge me far enough into going over a waterfall. Splat. Dead.

My level 35 Nord warrior was killed by a mudcrab. I had just reset all my hotkeys and slipped down a cliff on the northern shore. The fall hurt, but I was okay and I needed to save my magic for a soul trap (took almost all my mana to cast) to recharge my weapon. So I cast it on this mudcrab and he wallops me. My health is low and as I fumble with my hotkeys trying to remember where I moved the Healing spell to, he wallops me again and I die. Previous save: Autosave on exiting Solitude, half the map away.....

Was running, fell into a pit w/ sharpen wood, then bandit came to the top and shot me up w/ arrows......

I tried to swim down a waterfall and died because of a rock formation at the bottom of the falls. Another time I ran off of a cliff.

Two horses at the beginning of my first character, I was practicing archery near some stables and decided I wanted live targets to practice on...

Didnt realize horses are the bravest and most adamant about going after anybody who is an enemy. I ran for a long time, tried climbing rocks and they just waited at the bottom and can't fast travel while enemies are near. Tried putting my bow away but they was determined so I gave it a shot at level one....

Died in a river by bein trampeled to death and couldn't even kill one of those horses so I know darn well they went to tell all their horse buddies about my humiliating death while making horsey love *sigh*

I fast traveled goths magic college while on my horse. Tried to turn around. Fell over the edge of the bridge. Landed on a cliff but my horse died but at least took all the damage from the fall. Or so I thought. Until i realized there was no way off that little ledge

I was catching salmon swimming upstream when I heard a dragon overhead. I wish I could say I died an epic death battling the dragon but I was startled by the sound and fell over the edge of the waterfall which was just high enough to kill my then measly low level mage.
