I was falling down a hole (in a specific dungeon where you take a long plunge down a hole and into water) and about halfway down a pot came flying at me, hit me in the head and killed me.

Mine was pretty stupid really. My first dragon fight on master difficulty, magic centered character wearing heavy armour... 110 health... I thought 'Ye I'm well equipped and got some backup here I can take this guy'. So I equip my sword and and shock spell and charge in while the dragon is preoccupied with a guard. All of a sudden it turns around and EATS me... Never again will stand close to a dragon, spells all the way. I've since done the same thing with Ice Trolls, Giants etc and have yet to learn my lesson lol..

Sneaking through a dungeon, avoid a pressure plate trap just after I round a corner. See a draugr deathlord, turn around, avoid the pressure plate. I turn to face him with my sword, just as he and three more deathlords arrive, to hit the plate. It triggers a swinging spike gate of death, which hits me and three deathlords. In the mess, the door gets triggered four times in quick sucession, the damned gate slamming deathlords back into the plate, triggering it again, and again, and again.

They all died, I started gathering stuff, I accidentally held the "activate" button too long, and instead of searching the last body, I grabbed it. As I swung my camera about, the body hit another body, which hit the plate, which killed me.

That gate was cursed...

Was balancing on a fallen tree that had bridged a large warterfall. I was engaged a bandit who was peppering me with arrows. So I thought it would fun to encase him in ice with the Ice Form shout and watch his body slowly tumble into the waterfall.

Too bad I had Whirlwind Sprint selected instead.. It was me who did the tumbling, the bandit must have found that amusing.

As a summoner weakling, I walked down a narrow cave path. I ran into a falmer, my summons and Lydia behind me, I was stuck.

Me and some bandits battling a dragon, and after slaying the beast turning to my new friends only to get a "FWIP!" arrow in the head.

At the beginning of the game I fought with bandits and someone of them tried to do a finishing move on me, but somehow it stopped and I killed him and the others. Then saved and noticed that I had 0 health. I took like 10 steps and suddenly died. I loaded and started to heal myself with magic. In 5 seconds, I died. So I loaded again. I drank all potions, started to heal myself and I even toggled tgm on. In 5 seconds, I died. I had to load autosave.

i decided to run into a dungeon, all the way running, jumping Draugr here and there until i turned back and shout at them, figthing, etc..etc... i end up with i guess 1hp or 5hp or what ever.... i suddenly died... freaking sneaky rat was waiting for me at my back

I took an arrow to the knee.

Dead is Dead, level 16 by auto-running from a cliff when a bear roar made me twitch.

This. I was peering over an edge when the god danged dog that follows at like 6 inches away from you walked right into me, shoving me over the edge. I fell several hundred feet to my death. -_-

I had a fight with Master Vampire on narrow stairs and battle was going well: I needed only one hit to finish him and I still had over half of my health left. Well my companion decided to come to help me in the melee battle but there was not enough room for him to get in the next of the vampire. So he made awesome finisher to jab his glass sword through my back and then started to fight with the vampire over my dead body. Thank you Vorstag, I'm really happy I payed 500 gold for you to secure my back.

I've probably died a total of 5 times on my road to level 49, but the stupidest must be...

I was climbing/stealthrolling up a mountain, then found out I couldn't really traverse the incline I was on, so I started going right. Then the ground I was standing on disappeared, but pretty much exactly within jumping edge was another shelf. So I perfectly timed the jump and made it, IF IT HADN'T BEEN FOR THE INVISIBLE WALL. The funny part is I survived the fall with a sliver of my health left. But then the 3 snow bears behind me nommed me. :facepalm:

A Draugr Overlord was overpowering me so I ran back to a gate and closed it. I turn around and was like, "HAHAHA, svcker!", then it killed me through the gate

Pushed over an edge by my fire atronach. Seriously, the antronachs in this game are like babies who want to climb back into the mother's womb. The Dremora Lord is no such clinger, why do the atronachs have to be?

I finished a dungeon where at the end you get a dragon shout. It was hard fought and when I walk out to Skyrim, I'm on some balcony with no where to go. Just some little tiny balcony where I can't go down or anything and I accidentally ran off the edge after finishing the entire dungeon.

It was a weird place to let you outside.....top of a mountain on a tiny balcony with no way to get down.

At the very beggining I wanted to see what would happen if I shot an arrow into a mamoth. So I snuck to about ten feet behind and let him have it. You can imagine what he did to me after that lol.

I was at the inn in Whiterun and this guy (forgot his name) wants to challenge me to a drinking contest...

(POSSIBLE SPOILER AHEAD)

So I figured it wasn't in my character's nature to participate in a drinking contest so I declined, but it remained in my quest log. I get annoyed when I can't delete the quest and he keeps pestering me. Finally, since I'm Thane and all, I figure I'll just whack the guy so he stops bugging me. I quicksave first, then crouch in a corner of the inn with my bow and shoot him in the head.

Then all Hell breaks loose. He immediately turns into some sort of demonic sorcerer and conjures up some Hellion beast and the entire inn erupts in chaos. Before I can do anything else, I'm dead and so is everyone else in the building, lol.

I have no idea who. or WHAT, this guy is, but I don't think I want to share drinks with him...

1. When I thought you could ride a horse down that narrow bridge in Winterhold. Shadowmere can't fly so I found out.

2. Running into the corner of a room to find a huge cooking pot occupying that corner. It didn't like me so it started bouncing from me to the wall to me over and over, with me taking damage every hit.

More than once I've tried to Fus Ro Dah something off a cliff only to forget I had whirlwind sprint activated. There's nothing like attempted to yell something off a mountain and instead yell yourself right off it. I can imagine the enemies are sitting around right now talking about that newb that whirlwinded right past them into Oblivion.

Hopped off Shadowmere to kill a snow troll. When I was done, I had been fighting him on a cliff. So Shadowmere decides it would be fun to push me off...
