I'm on a certain quest with Farkas, we come to a door(not the loading type), I open the door and a vase goes flying and kills me instantly, keep in mind I've got 150 health which was maxed and upgraded fur armor, I honestly did not know whether to laugh or cry.

It always bugs me when I am doing my mountain climbing thing and try to look over the edge, only to slip and fall. I mean, it makes sense, but it only seems to happen when my last save was 20 minutes before.

Approached by a guard demanding I pay my fine or go to jail.. well his friend wasn't so forgiving and began attacking me, even though I had no weapon out. So, I quickly accepted go to jail, as I couldn't fight back. I appeared in my cell just as my body hit the floor like a ragdoll, dead.

Going down a mountain, slowly and cautiously, on my horse. She slightly slips up on a rock and I am sent flying in the air like Batman, and go tumbling all the way down watching my body flail and twist at every bump down the road when I finally hit the bottom and land on top of a mudcrab.

When the spray cleared A troll must have been having a shower or whatever but looke pissed off that a 300 pound Nord flew into his bath.
Anyway he wasn't pleased and beat me to death.

Didn't work as well as I planned. It's not the fall that kills you, it's the sudden stop.

I did a normal jump over a rock and the game glitched and shot me forward like a rocket as my ragdoll body skipped along. Wish I had a video of it.

Oh, here's another silly one I just thought of: I was in Markarth, somewhere high, like near the temple of Dibella or something. I had Lydia following me, well I sprinted up all the staircases, stopped at the top.. well... Lydia took a different way and I literally ran into her at the top... the force of her running into me literally pushed me backward off the ledge.. I died.
