Was wandering about in the wilderness, and my little mage just...falls over dead. I'm assuming it was a Chaurus hidden in the tall grass. :unsure:

Maybe dragonborn just had a heart attack, too much sweetrolls you know

I never saw it coming.. I was hiking through the forests of southern Skyrim after killing some Silver Hands. I made my way up a mountain and saw a birds nest perched on the edge of a cliff. I climbed up into the nest admiring the view, the sun was going down so I decided to wait out the night in a birds nest. I press the wait key and wait for 8 hours. When I come back to game the sun is rising and it's a new day. Suddenly the bird that lives in that nest flies in from behind and lands in the nest. I hear a thud as the bird collides with my body.. I am sent off the cliff to my death. :sadvaultboy:

reload autosave>wait 8 hours>destroy bird>win

I used a shout to summon a warrior and then a wolf ran in between me and my warrior, and my warrior used Fus Ro Dah and hit me. I flew down the mountain and died...

Early game I was out collecting ingredients and stopped by a stream to rest. Next thing I know I was attacked by a herd of mud craps. Thinking this was a great opportunity to build up a little one hand, armor and restoration skills all at one time, we went to it. When my health is low I use restoration (only magic this player is allowed) to build up some health. Sure enough when my health was at the minimum a dragon flies by and roasted me.

On my first character when leaving the Helgen underground, I tripped over the edge of the handle on a cart full of cabbages, and got all tangled up in it. Of course cabbages bounced off the wall and everywhere....you know the rest.

Meridia. She took me high into the air, thanked me for clearing her temple of necromancer scum, told me to wield her sword in the name of the light and then dropped me. I was rather surprised.

I was walking around on a mountain, didn't save for some while and wanted to use Become Ethereal to jump down. I shouted, but for some reason the shout already ended before I landed, and I was sent to death.

Make sure you have Become Ethereal equipped, and not Throw Voice, before you jump off the bridge to the College of Winterhold.

I was fighting a dragon on my Nord archer yesterday in Shor's Stone. The guards and all the miners had surrounded him and started hacking away with swords and pickaxes when he landed due to low health. In the choas, I accidentally shot one of the guards with an arrow. The dragon then preceded to kill all of the miners as the guard I had shot impaled me on his sword. In the end, everyone died except the dragon. :/

My character hasn't died, probably because he just sits in his house in Whiterun nowadays... He used to be an adventurer like you, but then he took an arrow in the knee!

Real deaths? Tried to unrelenting force a horse off the top of high Hrothgrar, turned out I had whirlwind sprint on instead...

I was low on health scouting an area ahead of me in a nordic ruin, when Jenessa behind me steps on a pressure plate and activates one of those swinging door traps that kills me. Thanks a bunch <_<

The place where you have to get the Nettlebane dagger to heal the Gildergreen tree in Whiterun.

There are spike patches around the promontory that the hagraven on. I did not know this. I walked right into one while skirting around the promontory to get cover from fireballs while also fighting off a witch down in the area around the promontory.

It made a stabby sound so when I died I was like "OMG WTF? Who was stabbing me from behind!?!?"

Then when I reloaded and tried again, I walked into one and managed to step out before it killed me, and then I noticed it was spikey in some patches.

First time I used a werewolf for combat. I transformed with full health, charged at a puny little Silver Hand, and was subsequently one-shotted by his arrow. Werewolves svck. <_<

Was exploring the woods and stumbled upon some kind of grove. Suddenly, my compass lit up with red dots. Grand total: five cave bears, two spriggans, and a saber cat. I didn't last very long.
