I have'nt tried to play the game for a while( I have unlocked all the stuff already), now i checked these last 5 days and there is less than 100 not empty servers. Its dangerously close to crysis wars.... who archieved this after 3 years ?

Yeah it's dying I think, I played heaps of multiplayer then I went for the single player. When I came back it was much harder to find low ping servers :/

same thing happened to MW2. It was so overwrought with hackers that most quit after a month or so. The pure hype has kept that one alive. I'd really like to see this cleaned up. I actually enjoy the game.

Walking into a Team game only to be leveled by a guy shooting a LAW like it was a mini gun (I'm being serious here) is a bit disheartening. <:\

What I hate is the "Soft hackers"; guys that have hacks that auto aim but not by snapping. They always finish with 25-40 kills while everyone else are hovering around 11 or so (if they're doing well.) It's hard to see it on the kill cam but when that killing shot should have missed me by 20 feet judging from the way the gun was pointed....*shrug*.

I'm still playing a lot of Bad Company 2. As it stands now, I can't get anyone from my clan to even buy Crysis 2.

I'm sure most people are waiting for a decent anti cheat patch. it's no fun playing with all the cheaters.

I'm just waiting on the patch that fixes the constant 'The Connection to the Session Has Been Lost' error so that I can actually play the game for more than 5 minutes at a time. I'll worry about the hackers after that. *lol*

I checked on vgchartz and it seem that sales just stalled for crysis on every platform. I wonder why the review where sooooo good and the game dont sell, maybe cause EA buy reviewers.... or they just blindlessy give ~9 on 10 to every games

The Multiplayer Gameplay is unique and EXCELLENT.

However, hackers, connection issues, crashing servers, random exploding cars bug, un-levelable Retriever, not being able to unlock a gun at Level 39, and no +5 levels for my pre-buy have turned me off of this game.

I am back to playing Counter-Strike: Source warcraft mod (on a great server which I have been playing on for 5 years).

I'm a software tester and deal with bugs on a daily-basis. I don't want to be dealing with them after work as well...

How much are they paying you? This is the buggiest thing ever made, it is plactically beta software.

I just bought Borderlands GOTY and Portal 2, hopefuly that will keep me bussy till Crytek release some real patch (not that "press start" removed crap).
Last week there were 2,5k players in peak (steam), now it's about 1,5k in peak. Good job Crytek you realy archived something unique with Cryengine 3.

Its going down because of all the problems and bare minimal anti-cheat. The game was launched when it wasnt ready.

yeah it's dead, 1.5k peak on steam ... people will start to play again for a little while when they will release the dx11 patch and then it will be completely dead

I heard on an Australian gamer show called "Good Game" mention that the servers would state they have 0 players playing but really it has people in them. So that's probably the reason...

I think it will be dead soon... who wants to play (MP) game which is polluted with bugs and cheaters?! I played about 40 hours online from the release untill now and I'm already sick of it -.-

I just played BF BC2 again and it was great. And even Minecraft is more fun...

I will just wait patiently for the release of BF3...
