So this is my last-ditch effort to solve this mystery that's been bothering me for months. In fact it bothered me so much I actually just stopped playing Skyrim for about 2 months heh. Anyway I've always been bothered by the lack of glowing eyes on Argonian and Khajiit vampires so I went on over to the Nexus and found a mod that changes that (among other things). Thing is it doesn't work, nor do any of the other mods that claim to fix this problem.

I've contacted the authors of the mods, I've asked for help on multiple forums (this one included), and I've tried removing every mod I have while pulling my hair out to get this thing working. Nothing, however, seems to work. If anyone here knows enough about load order or compatibility to help me out or even if you just know about mods that you've used to make your vampires eyes glow right please respond. This problem is a little one I know, but honestly it's been enough to make me stop playing this amazing game just out of pure frustration.
