I've released a Beta version, non-voiced.

It includes two new items for some of the Necromancer Masters you will find. 24 locations in all.

This should be completely compatable with OOO and all that as I didn't change anything, only added.

This is available after reaching faction level 4 (conjurer) in the Mages Guild.

I kinda think you should turn it into a separate faction kind of thing (although not full out faction like the guilds) employed by the mage's guild that you get access to after a certain point in the game. Kinda similar to the Perk you get in fallout 3 when you turn in the fingers of bad npcs. Either way, it's your mod and does sound pretty cool still.

Reminded me of a Morrowind's mages guild quest.

"Ok we want this guy to join the Mage's guild. If he doesn't want to, kill him."
"Oh and while you're going there, this other guy owes us money. If he doesn't pay kill him."

Morrowind's mages guild wasn't the kind to fool around doing pranks. Damn I miss them :).

Btw they didn't mind necromancy as far as I remember...

The final version will be voiced and a bit more interaction with Ontus. I may lead up to something with this I've been thinking about for Part IV of the Underdark Saga involving Viconia's brother Valas and the direction of the Mages Guild.

I've been a bit side tracked as of late but the voicing for this is proceeding. In the meantime I hope those who downloaded it are enjoying it. It's certainly not the most complicated mod I've done but it's fairly dear to me. :D

v1.1 update. Fixes an issue at stage 120 where Ortho had no dialog.
