Alice leaned forward and listened intently to the ambassador of Black Mountain.

"Raido equipment you say? Yes, yes, we could make good use of it. I could sent one of our representatives, Arcade Gannon, up to Black Mountain and check out your radios. We could reach a lot of people in the Mojave with a broadcast. I also have another idea on how your companions could help us. Guards, sure, they are a necessity and I'm sure that nobody would mess with any faction who shows up with Nightkin guards. However, Freeside needs so much more than just guards. We need strong arms to help with the re-building effort." Alice said and her eyes lit up, by the opportunity presented here.

She leaned back into her chair and crossed her arms. "I'm sure we could find suitable trades for your help. All I'm asking is that you think about it."

*Kruser's face brightens up
"The Legion could send a few hands in the rebuilding effort by sending a few of our 'Forced Citizens' over, although I'm not terribly sure what you could offer us".

*Kruser waits patiently for an answer.

Ambassador Steve Henderson - Mayor of Primm


"Primm has been planning to provide Caravan Protection from the Mojave Outpost up to Sloan, to encourage trade, if we had support from You and the other inhabitants of Black Mountain then we could perhaps provide Caravan Protection for the entire Long 15 Highway. We are also planning renovations for the NCRCF so Nightkin assistance would be useful in both the fortifying and guarding of the prison. Suitable compensation would be awarded of course"

Raynor laughed in Alice′s direction, and nodded like he had done more then once today.
''I understand, but i come to wonder that your guards would love to get their hands on some good toys,'' Raynor said with a smirk.
''Think about it.''

Alice laughs and shakes her head back and forth. "You got me there, Raynor," she admitted with a side-long glance at her smirking guards, who stood behind her, leaning against the wall. "I guess we can talk about what you can offer us after the meeting," she said with a defeated sigh and a wink.


Alice raised her eyebrows. "Slave labor? You think we will rebuild FREEside on the backs of slaves? I... I mean I thank you for your generous offer," she hastily added, because he seemed to genuinely try to help, but at what cost? "I doubt there is anything we could offer you for your services, you are right," she added and tried to hide her feelings. The thought of people in chains, being forced to do things against their will sickened her.

OOC: My dealings with the NCR have always been civil and I highly respect them. So, please, don't have the NCR rep loose his composure, Paladian, I beg of you! I don't want to loose respect for the NCR! LOL

Raynor smiled while looking at Alice.
''Maybe if we can get our act together, we might be able to offer you a discount out of the goodness of our hearths,''

*Krusor is disappointed... but he tries not to show it.

"My apologies if I offended you Ma'am.

*Krusor turns his attention to Raynor

"Now, the Legion are willing to negotiate the terms of our former deal. What are your terms?"

It's only the legion he would pissed off at, as they were framed for Not sure about you but I'd be petty pissed off if someone did that to my country

President Sutler

*Sutler laughed.

"Of course you don't recognise my authority, it would invalidate yours; but no matter. My alliance with the Legion is one of convenience alone, to say that there is any mutual respect between us would be a lie and I would advise you not to immediately judge me for thier actions."

*He looked back at the doorway the Centurion had just stormed out through.

"They're a barbaric and civilised race, bound by fear and a cult-of-personality - we ourselves had trouble with one such cult a few years prior until it was removed. The Enclave is bound by creed, oath and unity; God bless us, every one. Perhaps if the NCR take-it-upon themselves to arrive and we can reach a comprimise, the un-necessary shedding of blodd can be averted...

*At this point, a second Legion ambassador entered - one of the Legion's spies. Sutler made a grunt of recognician before relaxing back in his chair.

OOC: Also if you think your ambassador can take on that 7 foot monster who could probably crush the average NCR recruit in two then you are wrong

OOC: That doesn't really work as Kruser was disguised as one of the boomer guards, so he would have heard that whole speech

Raynor didnt smile this time, out of his distrust to the Legion from earlier dealings with Azmond.
''Krusor is it? We are in need of new facilities and resources, along with some more protection. Azmond promised us land outside Arizona in exchange for support for the nearby outposts. That is fair enough right?''

He then looked at the war veteran looking president and smiled.
''Exactly how far does your influence reach Mr.president?''

Without further knowledge he smiles to the guy call

OOC: Irrelevant really, we've already agreed that neither trusts the practices of the other; besides he's a Fumantarii, I can't imagine that his espionage talents are all that valued by the proud Centurions anyway.

Kruser notices the looks given by Raynor but shrugs them off.

"Yes, that would be excellent, You get to expand to a new location with protection and you can help the Legion fortify Arizona against attackers".

*Krusor looks at Sutler with hateful eyes, but tries to not let him see his subtle disliking of him.

"*Mr President* don't think that the Legion are not aware that the Enclave care nothing for us and are only using the Legion to further it's own purposes, we shall keep trade but only because it benefits the Legion".

Raynor thinks about the tension heating up between the various factions, and is already planning on taking advantage on the situation.

Alice nodded at Krusor, "No hard feelings," she said with a smile.


Then she turned her attention to Sutler, self-proclaimed President of what? Enclave, the Old World, the Mojave? She was also interested in Sutler's answer to Raynor's question.

Sammy Rallo, Chairmen Rep.

*The door opened, Sammy sat back on the sofa and swept back his freshly gelled hair.*

"Ladies, gents. Firstly, I'd like to readdress my offer to the Crimson Caravan; we want a 25% increase in future shipments of Beer and Spirits and we want the additional 25% at a 10% discount."

*Sammy's gaze passed over the Don and Sammy passed a sly wink.*

"We would also like to extend an offer to the Gun Runners, now that they have a convenient office close to our fine establishment. We want to buy 50 10mm SMGs with 750 rounds of 10mm, 5 hunting shotguns with 100 shells of Buckshot, 10 Cowboy repeaters with 140 rounds of 357. and 500 rounds of 9mm. We expect a sizable discount for this order, 60% of the standard bulk price. I'm sure our two companies can come to a fine friendship."

*With a indiscernible smile, Sammy addresses the Kings rep.*

"Additionally, we would also like to expand into Freeside, like my good friends the Omertas, we are willing to divert 10% of profits from any Chairmen businesses in the Freeside area to the locals. All of this with the King's and the Boss Man's permission, of course."

*Sammy casted a glance at the Courier*

"On behalf of the Chairmen, I would also like to extend my thanks to the Boss Man for his generosity in allowing us to keep more profit."

*Sammy laid back on the sofa, with an air of pride.*
