I would love to accept Gun Runner weapons.

''Aw im sorry i must have nodded off for a second. Yes, since our dealings with the Omertas are going, ''normal'' and we are opening up more trades in south, we should be able to develop enough exlosives for you. But we dont have the means to make heavy artillery.''

Artillery shells will work just as well. We have plenty of conventional weapons to trade for the explosives. Is it a deal?

Raynor nods.
''Sounds like a fair deal to me.'' Then he waves at the waiter and says.''Two of your finest wine for me and my friend here. Enjoy Mr.Connor.'' He says raising the glass.

I'm willing to set up a Gun Runners deal that will set you up for a long time.

I'm willing to extend a permanent contract for weapon supply to equip the United Mojave Army. Your facilities will be protected by securitrons, and the gun runners can have an office inside the former NCR embassy.

The nations and soldiers of the United Mojave States will pay you in currency and/or supplies.

This is a generous deal, and it will keep you from having to depend on those scum.

*Points at the centurion*

*Azmond stands up and plunges his Thermic Lance into the center of the table, although he looks surprisingly calm, but cold.

"So you walk out of our previous deal? Are you sure that's wise?!"

*Azmond turns to the courier

"You are showing your true colours now Courier, now you try to steal the Legion's customers"?

Raynor then nods to the Courier.
''Alright, now moving on to the next matter. Me and my partners thing that our effort to sell energy weapons to our contacts, which was stopped a few years ago, should continue, but we want to make sure no one ambushes us like last time.''
He looks at Robin Van Graff.
''Are we clear?''

Raynor laughs.
''Now relax Azmond, we are doing our best to satisfy all our contacts.''

Centurion Azmond of Caesar's Legion*

*Azmond grabs the Lance from the table and points it at Raynor, eyes burning with hate.

*The bodyguard points his upgraded assault rifle at the crazed Centurion, and holds his finger at the trigger.
Raynor taking up his pistol, then says:
''You better be wise what your doing right now, I die, you die.''
He looked at the Centurion with a serious look, while sweating behind his cowboy hat, indicating he was afraid, but unsure if the Centurion would really do it.

The Gun Runners have no need to pin their hopes on a dying nation.

Alice Swift, representative of the Followers of the Apocalypse, had slipped into the room during the heated debate between the Kings, Ormertas and the Westside rep. She sat down and listened to what Raynor had to say, before she spoke up, hoping to calm things down.

"Gentlemen there is no need for violence. Aren't we here to discuss peaceful solutions?" She raised her hands and looked from one representative to the other.

"I apologize for my delay, but I was dealing with a medical emergency at the Freeside Fort. I'm happy to see that so many representatives have chosen to appear at this summit. As you all know,the Followers wish for nothing more than to restore the peace in the region. Now, of course, we can't do it alone, we admit that," she slightly nodded towards James, the King's representative, who she considered a possible ally, or at least a reasonable person.

"Right now, our priority is to turn Freeside into a thriving community. We are also impressed by the Westside Co-Op and are hoping that we could start actively trading for food and water with you," she said, looking at Mr. Kent.

*Azmond stares into the man's eyes. Not sure if we is serious, but then he starts to laugh.

"You know what, this isn't my thing... it took all of my strength but I have decided NOT to kill you. Congratulations, i don't usually grant people that honour.

*Azmond stand up and heads for the door, but then turns around and signals to one of the boomer guards.

"You take it from here, Krusor.

*The Legion spy sits down and removes his mask, he looks surprisingly civil, much more so than Azmond, he looks at conner.

"Don't worry, I didn't kill the previous 'Guard' but I knocked him out.

*Krusor looks at everyone currently at the table

"Good evening everyone, i hope we can sort out Azmond's mistakes. I hope you know that the Legion is dedicated to obtaining new allies.

*Krusor forces a weak smile.

Raynor waves over to Alice
''Swift, nice to meet you here, i am guessing the followers are still not interesting in buying off more advanced piece of weapons?''
Then turning to the newly exposed Frumentarii.
''Well, it is good we have a little more civilized person among us now, good to see not all Legion have a anger problem. I expect Caesar is still accepting our offer even after Azmond′s... mistake?''

New Head of Frumentarii Krusor
*Krusor smiles, glad his appearance has not sparked any conflict.

"Azmond thought himself the best to negotiate a deal because of his high rank, i was indeed in no place to argue". "I managed to convince him to let me come as 'backup' to make sure nothing goes wrong, evidently things did so here I am to Negotiate a deal". Now, our deal still stands and we are willing to negotiate conditions".

Alice draws in her breath, when the Azmond points out the Legion spy, acting as a Boomer guard.

At least, he seems more civilized than the previous rep, she thought grimly

She smiles at Andrew Matthew, at least they had the same goals for once.

Then she nods towards Raynor, "Good to see you could make it, Raynor. You know we are not opposed to technology. However, we prefer tech that helps people, not kills them," she said with a smile.

After that she looks at Krusor. "I'm sorry, I missed the deal you proposed. What is it the Legion wants, besides new allies? I'm also wondering how we can possible deal with a faction that treats women with such disdain, keeps slaves and correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't your ideology to just conquer and absorb all that stand in your way?"

*Krusor seems slightly irritated by Alice.

"First of all Mrs...(Gestures at Alice) the deal was for Gun Runners". "The Legion does indeed not want to 'Conquer' everything in our way, although I apologize that Azmond may have put that thought in your head."

*Krusor thinks for a moment

"The Legion are here to make sure that the mistakes of the past are not repeated, although some of the methods I admit may not be very appealing to all, the Legion try there best."

Alice Swift - FoA Rep

Alice studied Krusor with a thoughtful look for a moment and then nodded.

"You seem sincere, I have to give you that. Therefore, I am not opposed to working with the Legion." She said. "...until proven otherwise," she added after a slight hesitation.

Then she looked around the room. "I was hoping to see a Brotherhood representative here. We actually recovered some valuable information, which could help to improve the life of everyone in the Mojave and was hoping to have a chance to get the Brotherhood's input," she said cryptically.

The Lobotomite - Ambassador of Black Mountain

*Lobo watches the entire conflict with disdain and a firm grip on the haft of his Bumper Sword. He only releases his grip when the Battle Cattle Centurion left and the spy made his peace.*
*He gets up slowly, walks to the door and opens it. He starts talking to the other Nightkin who journeyed with him to Nellis. After the exchange is concluded, the other Nightkin pulls out an old and battered hand-held radio. Lobo closes the door and returns to his seat.*

"I have just sent a message to both Black Mountain and to Jacobstown, I am accepting their offer of alliance. With that done I wish to move onto a new proposal."

"With the curing of the Nightkin schizophrenia, many of us have been freed from madness. The sad thing is is that this has presented us with a new problem. The madness kept us constantly occupied, both those heavily and lightly afflicted. With this in mind I wish to kill two birds with one stone. I will start contracting Nightkin guards out to any faction in the Mojave that we trust not to abuse them. The second bird, as it were, is the matter of income which is the primary reason I have come here today. We have very little caps, but we do have lots of working radio equipment. For a price we would be willing to rent out the use of this equipment."

"With the recent losses in the Legion, we could use the might of the nightkin to keep order in Arizona. Caesar and Lanius's death did not transition well with Arizona you see."
