Here's the bottom line, all NCR must withdrawal from the Mojave east of the Mojave Outpost, including your slave stock of citizens. If you truly seek peace then go home wounded and not dead. Crocker I think you might find that the most prudent. Have you heard of what we did at Nelson? We're feeding your troops our feces while they bake in the sun day and night looking east at the greatness that is the Legion. Unless you personally Crocker want a fate worse than death for yourself, your citizens and Mars forbid your president then leave immediately.

To Jacobstown: Caeser demands 50 percent of your bighorns in return for driving the pitiful NCR out of the region. Non compliance will result in the desturction of your unholy settlement.

To the Powder Gangers: We are willing to set your dissolute friends free and begin a ceasefire if you can prove yourselfs in battle. Take over Goodsprings and Primm and we will allow you to join the Legion. Otherwise we will crush your useless spines in the sands of the Mojave like everyone else.

Alright first thing I want to say is, Ouchobrain has us by the short hairs. We need to enter Freeside and live there. I'll tell you why in a minute. So Oucho, tell Mr. House we are on board! You don't like raiders? We're not raiders anymore! you heard it first people! The fiends no longer raid! Unjustified killing is now outlawed amongst the fiends! No violence of any kind unless it is authorized by both Ouchobrain and Apex Predaotr, Mr. House and Freeside! We are your humble servents.

We will abide by all those rules, we will use Chems only in those designated places. In return we get to live in freeside. What do you say Oucho and Apex? do we have a deal?

I know this sounds extreame? How can us Fiends not Raid anymore? The answer is survival. The NCR refuses to negotiate with us. And if you've been listening to Styles, you know that the NCR isn't really negiating with any of us. Besides the Brother hood.

1. Maybe before the great war, California was more populated than the Mojave. But that was then. You were more populated, so you suffered more casualities over the years, being sparsely populated is our streeagnth now. Our Population is pretty much even in all ways that count in a military sense.

2. With the combined forces of the wasteland working against you the NCR wont be able to take over anything. Freeside, the strip, us fiends, the mutants of Jacobstown, that's enough. What about getting the brother hood too? We will, by god! we will get the brother hood on our side! The boomers too! You my boy Stonewall!

3. hey Styles, if the Legion isn't a threat, how come you guys have so many of your guys holding the dam? You don't want those flood gates to open! The flood gates of the Legion's army! You can take the legion, but it aint gonna be easy! and you can't do it with us attacking you from the other end!

NCR Ambassador


The Mojave is but one very small part of the NCR. We have no intrest in crossing into Arizona and won't be doing so any time soon. NCR in time will be able to get more troops into the Mojave. And don't forget we kicked your ass once and we weren't even trying and we can do it again. We don't see the Legion as a threat to NCR as a whole. If they continue to harass us in the Mojave, that will change. We will rally our vast armies an go all out against the Legion. Not only to drive the Legion out of the Mojave but we will go all the way to Flagstaff!

Keep in mind we have weapons or pre-war origin, access to chemical and biological warfare which if need be we will us. We also have mass production of conventional weapons and Energy weapons thats to a deal with the Van Graffs. An army in the hundreds of thousands. We also have vertibirds and pre-war medical technology.

As for the Fiends. If they turn themselves in they will get detox and rehabilitation. If not we will hunt you all down. Better yet we will whip up some poisoned drugs and scatter them around you're territory as if it was candy. Same thing we do in the farm fields to kill the rats.

Its funny how you fiends want to work with the Legion. They kill drug users on site and are only using you.

For all of your vast armies and weapons I find it funny you can't cross the Divide. You claim to have vast resources and yet some of your soldiers go without armor. You claim to be strong and yet you can't even reclaim Nelson. In fact you claim to have these biological and chemical abilities and yet I've only seen your soldiers turned into souless monsters by Caeser's hand. You claim to have vast armorments and yet what does this matter if you can't even supply food to Forlorn Hope? All of the things you've stated we've dealt with in a worse form before. Look at my armor, do you notice the power armored shoulder pads? This should be a good enough indication to you that the Legion is prepared.

Take a look at the Mojave, Nelson gone, Primm taken by the Powder Gangers, Searchlight destroyed, Niption vanished, and now we have you around the throat in ways you can't even imagine. Your nation doesn't seek this war and Crocker I know you don't either. I can see the fear in your eyes, you know what will happen if your wrong, you know what will happen if you reject this offer. I have no problem telling you that if this offer isn't taken you will be crucified. I say that not out of hate, but as a fact. The terms are simple, leave the Mojave and we shall have peace and you shall return whole, you have my word.

At the Fiends: You've made your choice, when the day of Caeser comes you will rule the day to denyed this deal.

It's not that we can't cross the Colorado is that we don't want to cross the Colorado. Why would we want to? To deal with some wannabe legionaries that mount one another as often as they do their women, isn't worth the lives of our young men and women.

Again the Mojave is but a tinny speak next to NCR as a whole.

Quaint. But we've already come to agreement with the Boomers for residency at Nellis, you are welcome to try and get past the Boomer's artillery barrage however. Particular when it is coupled with air support.

To the NCR: If you are willing to continue your war with these tribal morons and drive them back to Arizona, as well as guarantee amnesty for any former Enclave members (as well as the release of any in prison for war crimes), the Remnants are willing to provide technical support in a auxiliary position. We won't by any means submit to being observed by you however on the threat of revoking our aid.

We would need some means to keep track of you.. How about once a year you fill out a census form? You will still have to follow the laws of NCR while in NCR lands.

The offer of amnesty still stands for all Enclave remnants and their relatives.

As previously stated, we will be residing at Nellis for an indefinite period of time. That should be sufficient. We'll make no attempts to keep our location secret. If you'll officially accept the offer to grant immunity and pardons to former Enclave members, there may be some who decide to reside in NCR territory and become NCR citizens. If thats the case then they are under your jurisdiction not ours, you can make them fill out a census form if you wish.

Our technical support of course, would be invaluable. So I believe its a suitable trade-off.
