The Nerevarine is Dragonborn?

From seventh sign of eleventh generation,

Neither Hound nor http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Guar, nor Seed nor Harrow,

But http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Dragonborn and far-star-marked,

Outlander Incarnate beneath http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Red_Mountain,

Blessed Guest counters seven curses,

Star-blessed hand wields thrice-cursed blade,

To reap the harvest of the unmourned house.

The Lost Prophecy from Morrowind. Here is the UESP link: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:The_Lost_Prophecy
So this means the Nerevarine is Dragonborn, and given a Dunmer's lifespan, it is conceivable that the Nerevarine could also be The Last Dragonborn, two hundred years later in Skyrim.

No, Dragon-born means born as a foreigner under the empire in that prophecy. It even says that in the game.

In addition to what the crab said, (a) the Nerevarine isn't necessarily a Dunmer, and (b ) the Nerevarine is effectively immortal because of the Divine Disease, so it doesn't matter what race s/he is vis-a-vis longevity.
