Seriously this is really annoying , due to the patch i can no longer play on my save because "downloadable content is no longer available"

Does it hang at the load screen after you click yes on that message? That's what happens to me. Some people are saying that you need to delete the update to continue playing with those save files, but that didn't work for me. Hopefully, it will work for you though.

Well this is turning into a bit of a joke tbh.

The pc patch broke the modders tools.

The PS3 patch messed with some people previous dlc
Europe and the rest of the world don't even have this patch yet..

Xbox patch won't let you load old saves, doesn't recognise previous DLC.

Great, get the day off, settled down in front of the Xbox to play New Vegas and guess what, it freezes. Thanks Bethesda!

As with everyone else, the new update has wrecked my game, got the warning about losing content and now it won't load up my past saves - well that was time well spent (assuming you can argue playing games even is time well spent)

I'm on the 360 too. I tried everything I could. I deleted Dead Money, cleared the chache, reinstalled Dead Money, and did the same thing again in a different order. Still crashes. I feel kind of tired of this [censored]. FO3 did the same thing, it was one crash after another, constantant maitenence, just to get it to work, and then the damned thing still crashes. And NV? It's the same damned thing!!! WTF?!?!? I paid the $60 for the game, the $10 for the DLC. Did I do something wrong? Did I not sign on the right line? What do we need to do so that we can play the game? Come on Bethesda Throw us a bone, tell us what you want!!

I havent dl'ed the patch yet but its sounding like an epic fail. thats pretty unfortunate.

Would be nice if someone from Bethesda would post something telling us "don't worry, we're working on it." Clearly, they're not that bothered. After all, they've already got our money. But it's seems to me this like buying a book, getting half way through it and then someone tears out the rest of the pages and tells you, you'll only get them back once you've read the beginning again.

I thought Obsidian did New Vegas and not Bethesda. Hopefully this isn't happening on the PS3 as I just got the patch.

My patch for ps3 is all good. Nothing weird, and the game runs 1000times smoother.

Go freak out in the hardware/softwware 360 fourm. Maybe someone will see it and adress it. That is not what was suppose to happen I m sure.

i heard that starting a new game and waiting till your char wakes up then trying to load will get it to work, idk though

so...its assumable that its required to have this patch for upcoming DLC's...so is the thought that our current 360 characters won't be able to do the DLC's? or has anyone heard of a fix yet for this?....if this ends up being true, i may never buy a Bethesda game within a year of it coming out again

No Problems in PC, but looks like that you need to create a new game for PS3 users, I dont know nothing about 360 thought

I have still problem with Fallout 3 on PC, and with New Vegas in My PS3

It is a mess for me, crashes sometimes when I want to enter in Tenpenny Tower, among others bugs and glitches,

So far those problems are mostly on PS3 and 360, but my New Vegas run smooth and fine in PC, no problems, no crashes, lag in some place but I dealt with it in little time, no crash in Dead Money, so far Im sattisfied

I got the Xbox patch today before i started it said "This save has downloadable content that is not supported by this patch and may not work" or somethin like that, I dont have any DC and it worked fine.
just thought it was a weird message.

also what is in the patch? Bug fixes?

The game update (v 1.3) is live in North America and Europe on Steam, PS3, and Xbox 360.

We realize folks are experiencing some save issues with the game update. We're currently working with Microsoft to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. When we have more information, we'll let you know.
