Fargoth... you know it.

it would honestly make sense; that's how you'd know the Empire would go to [censored].

BUT that's only if he isn't the Precursor...

It's better than Crassius Curio becoming Emperor.

It seems Crassius Curio has been supplanted in the public eye by some no-talent imitator who calls himself Crantius Colto :meh:

"sixually omnivorous" seems to capture his style pretty well :hubbahubba:

Ocato as the head of the Elder Council and Jauffre as the head of the Blades are the only leaders left of national standing in Cyrodiil. They already hold positions so powerful that Emperor would be a step down for them.

Of provincial leaders, Helseth is stinking rich, loyal to the Empire, and has consolidated his power, but he does not appear to want Imperial office. With what House Hlaalu can skim off Morrowind's trade, he can practically buy anybody who becomes Emperor anyway.

We're down to the local figures, the Counts and Countesses. I know there isn't a snowball's chance in the Deadlands of it happening, but how cool would it be to have Janus Hassildor become Emperor.

Pretty cool, I don't think he'd particularly want the job, though.

Hassildor is probably the best of the lot, although Corvus Umbranox would be interesting :)

If the devs wanted a civil war Marius Caro would be a logical choice, and if they were considering some sort of Akaviri colonization/conquest then Narina Carvain would be good.

Talos the many-headed king, will always be the Emperor. All that needs happen now, is for two people to realize that they are him, and the strongest will sunder the thrones.

Or something like that...

this isn't a vote.

also...fireeye?

Shes a small guildmaster, its pretty much more likely that ocatos an ayeliad then that she'll become emperess.

and cuias coasdes is dead, probably. He looks old enough in morrowind and another 30 years isn't going to do him any good.

anyway, i think ocato will become the emperor, the septim bloodline was lost a long time ago, to wear the amulet of kings all you needed to be was a ruler at heart.

I wonder what would happen if Alessia Caro got in. Most likely, you'll get something like the Ayleid empire all over again, but with beastfolk slaves and human slavemasters instead.

Considering Oblvion didn't show anything detailed about this aspect of Cyrodiil, there isn't even a basis to speculate upon.

Btw, you folks are aware that you do not get to vote who becomes your Emperor?

You completely forgot about Imperial Legion generals/commanders.

What? Are you telling us the Empire is not a republic?!

Well............. if i get my will............. Tes: 5 will be about the civil war of power(WHO WILL CLAIM THE THRONE?!). However, i guess in Tes 5 you will find a book and it is similar to "Warp in the West".

Hmm...didn't expect so many posts about this... I literally expected it to die after my post...

though I will say that, considering a 5th era is going to start, we can be damn certain that a 4th is going to start, i.e. SOMEONE has to be Emperor.

Obviously, we're going to have a place in these events.

The elder council will probably appoint a figurehead as emporer and consolidate their power over the throne and across the land. They can probably scrounge up some well liked person with .little political background easy enough.
