I'm guessing The Prisoner. That's the title of the Van Buren PC and Beth and Obsidian seems to want pieces of VB to appear in their games (especially Obsidian).

It would depended entirely on his role in the story and the story itself. The name he would be given pretty much tells a part of his story.
