I have another question. Doesn′t Dementia also have that sky? I′m pretty sure it has.

Dementia has a much darker, bluer sky, all shot through with white veins like still lightening, and there are some stars at night. It's usually cloudy too.

You can see Mania skies in Dementia when you cross from the former into the latter, they last for a little while before transitioning into the native Dementia sky.
