I love this bow and its effects, but I am a Nord with light armor with this char weilding dual weapons. But I have become dependant on bows for ranged assaults. All of my other stuff is Legandary, and I can not disenchant this item. Will it ever rank any higher than flawless ??

It will if you have high enough smithing. The bow itself will never amount to much, though. I've been using a Daedric Bow (Legendary) and it's much better.

Id does have a really nice enchantment, and it svcks that you can't learn it.

But I never really liked using the bow because it was to big... It coved the cross hairs. There was just too much now on the screen for me.

My smitihing is at 101 and I like the Ebony Legendary w/shock and magika damage, but I just love the look of this one. I will hang onto it for awhile and see as this char levels up if it will allow me to later.

Get your Smithing to 100. Create/ buy/ find a full set of Fortify Smithing gear. Drink a Fortify Smithing potion. Then you should be able to improve it to Legendary.

You need around 160-170 smithing I believe to get a legendary in a non-specialised smithing field. That is achievable with a +smithing items or two (Keep an eye out for amulets, rings or bracers), and a good strong potion of smithing. You don't need alchemy or enchanting to achieve this the items can be found/bought

If you have 100 Enchanting, you can enchant the same things (or better) on a stronger bow if you want.
