I'll have a post up tomorrow. I hope the banter amongst you guys is building up character relations. If anyone hasn't posted get involved, at least introspectively if you can.

It's actually mostly all of us [censored]ing at your character for information. It's just the matter in which we're [censored]ing that's developing our characters. The imperial is sassy, the orc is obnoxious, the dunmer is polite, etc.

I wouldn't have it any other way myself.

Hardly character interaction :P I'll be surprised if Ignatius doesn't kill one of us by the time you lot are done. Anyway, I'm glad to see Edgar can look forward to such pleasant company on our way to Skyrim :hehe:

It's only moments before the fireballs start flying.

And yes, Darkom. Fun with obnoxious "hung" Orcs and drugged up Redguards. Snotty Altmer and [censored] ass Imperials. Can't get any better than this. The last thing we need for flavor is a closet homosixual in this RP. That would really add something. In particular, it appears some of the characters may be picking on the drug addict later on. I'd love to lock him up in a cage and watch him bark. I also think IB's man might get a little hefty with it here XD.

You would figure they would have some kind of shield or dispel thing around the university, something they could turn on in the case that there was a fight. Good luck to all of you. I won't be surprised if you get (well, I'll use something more appropriate) shaving cream'd in your sleep. All I have to say is my character isn't going to be sleeping near any of yours, by the Nine.

Posted earlier instead of tomorrow. I think it would be best to discuss the detail specifics concerning the mechanics here however.

Do you want one of us to step up and start a system? Or are you taking care of that once we all have our say? I'm not entirely sure what we're supposed to respond with, are we volunteering? And if you'd like, my character would work fine as a leader, and would be more than happy to take the job. Thanks ;)

To notify everyone, something has gone wrong with Solidor's IP address. When he clicks on the forum and loads it, it gives him an error.

As for the group and leader thing and the matter of who is going where, I actually now say that we need to RP this whole thing out.

EDIT:

Alert. Duval just popped up looking at the forum...

Basically I think we should discuss the less literature-sque aspects here and then convert it into RP in the other thread.

Ok so in other words, pick your groups here or i'm just going to go down the list and throw whoever wherever. I don't want to spoon feed people their roles. I gave a setting, a goal, now you guys make it happen. Trust me the quests won't be nearly as mundane as they sound.

Fair enough. I'm game for trapping the sword at Cloud Ruler.

I don't give a crap. Just stick me with someone with a sword and someone who can use magic so that my character can be used as an effective group member.

I'm more leaning towards the sword mission, but the fort would be fine as well.

I actually think I'll take the first one. It fits my character.

He knows how to hunt and trap. He is the only stealth man out of everyone in the group. It fits him. So, there is my two cents.

Do we actually have enough people to do all three missions simultaneously? Sure two missions would work but it seems that three missions might stretch us too far.

Actually I think we do (or we did...)

Right now we have 11. With Solidor seeming to be screwed over by this new forum and his IP, that will be 10. So, maybe, maybe not. Of course, we could do a 4-4-3 or a 4-3-3. Hopefully Solidor can get fixed up.

If we can have 3 to 4 in every group that are SOLID, we should be able to pull this out.

Yea actually. We did an RP where I had a group of six people and it went to hell.

BTW sorry for not posting. I have 14 hours (if i pull an all nighter) to read 200 pages...so yeah. Lesson kids is do NOT procrastinate.

Not exactly the best post but it gets things moving along. I suggest we do the team match up here in this thread instead of there since it will be cleaner.

Also I am leaving tomorrow out of state and will be back Sunday afternoon.

All right, well then, I suppose it is obvious where my choice lies, but I'll say it anyway: I would like to partake in the fort investigation. I like the sound of it, and as I explained it fits my character.

Also, if no one else wishes to volunteer I'd be willing to play the leader. Edgar will be fairly relaxed and easy going, with a courteous democratic approach to decision making. So he'll be depending on everyone to do their part, hopefully leading to some fun power struggle down the road. Of course, it'll still be fun without such an event ;)

I'm good with either the fort or the beast mission. So whichever.
