The ninja-monkeys.

You may think I'm being frugal, but those ninja-monkeys were great! I think they should come back.

For those wondering, the ninja-monkey was a CS marker used in the Construction Set for Morrowind when you placed a leveled creature spawn point.

The monkeys were still there. They were just... ninja :ninja:

(Actually I have no idea what you're talking about)

In the Oblivion Construction Set, the item for leveled-creature lists was just a marker.
In the Morrowind Construction Set, the item for leveled-creature lists was a ninja monkey. It wasn't visible in game, but it's a fun little extra.

I did get a laugh out of the monkeys, but if you use a person with it you will have no idea how it will actually look in the game, someone will mod it back in though

Hahaha, I saw something like this over at TES Alliance in the shoutbox.
I was like "lolwut?". I never got to witness the glory that is the Ninja-Monkey, because the steam bought version of Morrowind doesn't have the CS. That would of been nice to have in the Oblivion CS

This is a silly poll. I liked the ninja monkeys though. I found them very amusing.

Man I thought this was just another spam thread and wondered how it didn't get locked yet...
I COMPLETELY forgot about them! I loved them as I loved modding Morrowind, I really would love them to be in the CK :)

NOTE: Great thread! *thumbs up*

Ah... I'd completely forgotten about the ninja monkeys. It's been a couple of years since I did any Morrowind modding. I remember how amusing it was when I first saw one though, and when I figured out what it was.

And yeah - the markers in Oblivion were pretty dull. I'm not sure I'd like to see ninja monkeys specifically return, but some little dash of levity would be nice.

I too loved the ninja monkeys, but I don't think they should just copy the Morrowinds ones, but rather make something new, like a, um... samurai turtle! :turtle:
