Oh god, please don't let that be the actual box art, it's hideous! The actual game looks incredible though.

Not keen on the box art, I thought it would have something a little more subtle and understated.

Seriosuly? Considering how Red Dead Redemption had such nice box art that looked like it was a film poster, this is rather dissapointing. Still, game looks good anyway.

That is the worst box art I've ever seen. Well, apart from Mega Man.

Has the collector's edition been announced yet?

Well as SpEcTrE knows, I can't explain the excitement I have for this game. It's going to be amazing. Hopefully they will have a boatload of references to film noir for fanatics like me. One the subject of the box art, I agree it's not the best. But I like how the color design is made to look like police headlights. I still think http://files.g4tv.com/ImageDb3/259335_S/LA-Noire-Final-Box-Art-New-Site-Revealed.jpg would have been 10x better then that box art.

I hope you can go in clubs and just listen to the live jazz. Or get some big band/swing jumpin on your car radio.

I am actually very excited for the game. I guess I am the only one here who actually likes the Box Art.

Red Dead had a limited edition. Which wasn't really a collectors edition. It was the extra pre order items slipped in. Plus a poster but I don't know if that comes in all copies.

I'm not excited for LA Noire. It's probably going to be a pretty good game but with a Main Set character, no Character Customization and no RPG elements it's not my type of game that I would play. I would bet strongly though that Rockstar will have a pretty good and interesting story so the people who do want the game will probably not be disappointed.

It's not only that, Rockstar (although they have nothing to do with this game, Team Bondi here people) always have great setting in their games. Have you ever actually played a Rockstar game? I'm sure if you would give Red Dead Redemption a try you would see how games where you aren't creating a character can be great too. Keep an open mind friend.

I've played Red Dead Redemption, It is a really good game although the Combat for me was horrible. I couldn't take it anymore and I quit halfway through. Noire should be good but it's just not my type of game. I do hope that the main character for this game is good.

You're not alone, I like the box art too. Something about the colours just does it for me.
And yeah, jumping about the hype train to excitement city! So gonna pre order this and get whatever the best edition is. I'm a big fan of Rockstar games so this'll definitely be added to my collection!

I'm pretty excited for this game except that it's released on the same day as brink
So I'll have to wait for reviews on both games then decide...

And the box art is too colourful for a noire game

That's why I don't like it!

I was trying to figure why exactly I didn't like it. You just hit the nail on the head. They should made the cover much more dark, and full of shadows.

Exactly, I couldn't wait too see the cover in a noire colour scheme, but no, just no... :(
