S.P.E.C.I.A.L. by the numbers?

While it's pretty clear from their descriptions what sorts of things are affected by primary stats, is there a numerical breakdown out there of what they do? E.g., how much damage another point of Strength will do, or what another point of Luck will add to the crit bar?

I know it's not very roleplay-ey, and I know that all stats can be increased to any point eventually, but I'm struggling with starting stats for a "superspy" character, and the only things I've settled on for certain are Perception 4+, Intelligence 4+ and Agility 7+. Almost everything else falls into the "nice-to-have" category, but there are some "really-nice-to-have" things that are pretty expensive. Actual numbers will help break up the logjams in my head.

Ugh - found a ton of info on the Fallout wiki that I somehow missed previously. :facepalm:Still not sure how good Luck is for crits, though.
