Speculation:

New DLC announced/name trademarked late march. DLC to be released less than 2 weeks later.

To be released on all three platforms on the same day.

To include the following:

Spears and spear perk tree odds at 2:1
Something about redguards odds at 3:1
50 new npcs odds at 10:1
Roughly 30 new quests odds at 12:1

Cost $19.99
