Wait Verlox you curse them ? Dont you mean they curse you for having a better life ?

Well, they can curse me, too. But I'll curse them because they forgot who they were.

Dont say one thing about potatoes...I dont even like them that much...well roasted ones are good.

Agreed. I'm part Irish, and I hate potatoes. Actually, now that I think about it, a lot of stereotypes could be applied to me. I'm part Australian, Irish, American, Canadian and English. I better ride off on my kangaroo while drinking whiskey and eating crumpets covered in syrup to start a war.

I'm Texan first, Southern second, American third. That for nationality.

I found out while traveling out of the country its better to answer the question "Where are you from?" with California instead of America of the US. It seems the whole world (outside the US of course) has this great opinion of California from movies, TV and pop culture. So yeah, I think of myself of as Californian first, Westerner second, American third.

At least you're from No-Cal. I don't have a high opinion of California, but the northern half is pretty nice.

So-Cal on the otherhand.....Everything except San Diego blows chunks out the car!

Very true, I have more respect for Cali more than any other state and I'm just up north :P

I hate it when people stereotype Southerners, yeah sure my grandfathers brothers know how to play banjo, and yeah my great grandfather was a moonshiner. Yes my dad owns more than a few firearms and I plan to have a collection and open a small gun store. I don't care. That is why I agree with certain stereotypes about people, they stereotype me I stereotype them.

Oh and when people stereotype Jews that ticks me off more than anything even though I'm not Jewish, it has to do with my religion so I'm not going any farther into that discussion.

I'm officially done with that rant.

I like Irish Stereotypes. Mainly because they ring true when I'm out drinking with my Irish friend and his brother. They really do stand up to the stereotypes, but none of us really care about them. They're just said in fun with us.

And what stereotype would that be, exactly?

How do you know know? You live under a damn rock?

I personally don't mind it, I think it's funny even though I'm 100% Irish...

The kids are 8 and 7.I would rather they didnt play those games but its not me supplying them.My point is not that they will eventually go and join that army, just that the thought is implanted at a tender age, that a certain country is home of "the good guys", and certain sandy places are the homes of "the bad guys. They told me yesterday that the Russians might come here to kill us all for christ sake!

Now I feel I should stress that I have met many good Americans :P

I hope by the time they are of an age to join the army they think about their reasons more than playing a video game.

Yes. One of these days we might actually find a confirmation of TES V's development on here.
