i tried the gauss today with rapid fire, sure its quite fun to use, but the DSG is still much more practical especially when u can use retreiver instead of rapid fire. and most of your replies are really terrible, "LOLOLOLOL"?

yeah thats why you have proven that the guass rifle is better than the DSG?
even though most prefer the DSG for a reason, it handles better.
your 3 arguments in its favour.
1. More damage(LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL) they are both 2 shot kills, 1 to the head or stealth, IE NO DIFFERENCE.
2. Cure its slow fire rate with rapid fire, Its still slower than the DSG with rapid fire, and using that module over retreiver or any of the other modules puts it at a disadvantage giving the DSG more varibility.
3. Energy drain, this is the only one in your favour, but it does not outweight the handling of the DSG.

I don't like the Gauss, Big, Heavy, Cumbersome and loud, for what? not much in my opinion, the possibility of a one shot kill I guess.

Hmmm, opinion varies from person to person but the Gauss deals more damage than the DSG-1 and it depletes the enemy's suit energy completely making them immobile. This in itself is a major advantage over the DSG-1.
BTW, it also deals more damage than it, statistically speaking.
