Am i the only one missing skyrim?

Post » Sun Jun 08, 2014 10:41 pm

Ok so not to long ago i upgraded my xbox 360 to my xbox one. Now when i say not to long ago i upgraded the week it came out and one thing i have noticed is i miss the hell out of skyrim. Now i know that the PC version has a ton of mods but me personally i have only ever played it on my xbox 360. I had every DLC downloaded and i found myself playing skyrim when every game i had sounded like no fun skyrim was always my go to game. Now i turned in all my 360 stuff to get my one and it only cost me 50 bucks to upgrade but now i find myself at times bored of my games and no skyrim to fall back on.

see, this is why the only time i get rid of my older systems is if they start suffering from a hardware failure and I can't fix it myself (fixing a NES, SNES, SEGA Geneisis, or Original Gameboy is surprisingly easy)..

that way, I can always fall back on my older games if i am in the mood

Skyrim with the HD Texture Pack on next gen consoles would be awesome, wish it would happen. There saying Mass Effect is ganna do it, so why not Skyrim?

Well for one, Bioware is their own company, so is Bethesda. . .

Another is that they need to move on, i am so tired of Remastered games!

I feel you, OP. With the last Bethesda game being several years ago, ive been trying to get into other games while I wait for Bethesdas next game to be shown off (Since I know that I wont be able to pay attention to anything else in that time). And well...Its not been going so good.

I really need to stop buying all of these games that I play for a few hours max before going back to one of the 5 modern Bethesda games.

No they aren't, they're owned by EA.

I received Skyrim on launch day, 11/11/11. It was my early birthday present. I still to this day play it almost everyday. Since I switched from the xbox 360 to the pc, it is like a new game to me. I also, just today, put in a new Nvidia GTX 750 graphics card and a new 600 watt power supply. I never knew Skyrim could look like it does. To answer your question, if I go one day without playing Skyrim, I start having withdrawals.

I have several games, some of them on the xbox one, but Skyrim is my baby.

I don't think I could ever go back to or miss playing Skyrim on the PS3...

I tried once when the computer I was using when I first got Skyrim on the PC took a dump... tried playing Skyrim again on the PS3 and just... I don't know. I missed the mods.

As it is I play Skyrim at least once a day. Even if its only for a few short minutes or so.

you could always go buy a cheap used Xbox360 and pick up skyrim game used REALLY cheap for Xbox360..and just use the Xbox 360 for skyrim only...with the new consoles out for a while now, can probably get a used Xbox 360 REALLY cheap..I bet you can pick up both for about $100. To put it in perspective, if you get 20-40 hours of if it, you are getting your money's worth, if you only pay $100 for Xbox360 + Skyrim game.

I miss that I can't get back into Skyrim again. I have cravings to play it, but when I do, it only lasts for a few minutes before I play something else. I've just done everything there is to do 10x over. I know what's gonna happen, when it's gonna happen, and why it's gonna happen. There's no new experiences to be had.

I guess that would be a good reason to save up your pennies and buy a good PC.

IDK, I've been playing since release on 360 and I still have new experiences and new things to do. Just the other day, trying to get a pic for Res's pageant, my character was staring at Sightless pit as I contemplated the fact than none of my character have went in there... I have no clue what it holds ( and I don't wanna know til I go in there either).. as it would be out of character for her to go in there, it will have to wait til the right character stumbles across it. BTW their are alot of other things I have yet to do also, but that's just me.
