There's a difference between criticising and complaining. Saying 'Oh this game is gay, WTF did I waste my money on this broken piece of [censored] that I can barely play. TES is dead,' is alot less helpful than saying 'I think this mechanic needs to re-balancing. Here are some ways to do so, and which method I think would be the best for the benefit of the game.' I love this game, but I have my complaints too. But when you love something, you work around the falws(that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to get them fixed though).
The difference between criticism and complaint is not that obvious and to some extend they are literally the same. This is a public forum, not a tech journal or something.
Many people post here just like the way when they are talking to someone else.
When you are talking to your friend about some flaws of a game, would you say like "I think this mechanic needs to re-balancing. Here are some ways to do so, and which method I think would be the best for the benefit of the game."
or would you talk more like "WTF this mechanics is really bad I really hope it's not like this."?
Of course there are people who post here in a more formal way. But you can't just define those who's posting in a more causal way as trolling or something like that. It doesn't really matter if it's a complaint or criticism. Because for both of them, the only reason one will voice is when one is not completely satisfied. And this is a problem that as a business should consider.
