Well, I guess you are correct since Senna is technically an imperial. But, my red guard arch Mage married her and she was an exceptional spouse. She did move from the temple, and lived with him in the markarth home. Since she is not a follower, he would frequently suggest they move between her home (temple) and the house just to enjoy strolls through markarth with her.

Don't worry, you're not alone. Us Argonian characters have to deal with the fact that every Argonian spouse has a bug where right after the ceremony, they'd walk off without talking to you and would disappear from the game entirely if you didn't catch them before leaving the temple. It happened to me with my first character and Scouts-Many-Marshes...very traumatizing, lol.
