Talk about cruel parents.
Or Buck, or Ruckus, like Uncle Ruckus from the boondocks. That would be awful if some named their kid [censored] :lmao:

Trannigan is a story character that I made up in highschool, and I always make the character when playing RPGs and use the name when signing up to their forums.

It's an airplane.
(Fokker Eindecker... I didn't bypass the auto censor, I swear :P )

It was the first purpose built fighter aircraft, and the first to have synchronized gear so you wouldn't shoot off your own prop.
I know this because I fly RC aircraft, and I'm the treasurer of our local club.

My dad nicknamed me phlooph about 20 years ago. Though, he has called me many nicknames through the years. Tom, Teeta-Tatta-Toota-Tom, Scooter, phlooph, and for the last couple of years, Oosis-Assis. But I like phlooph the best, so I use it as my nickname all over the internet and also for my game characters. :P

OH god , oh god . Why would your dad call you that?

For me, I think that should be obvious. But for those of you that don't already know...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syd_Barrett

Yeah, I'm a BIG fan

I kinda wish my name had to do with Floyd.

For me the "fishy" part is from my last name which is fish. The "the" "wanderer" part I got from the lone wanderer , so I took out the lone and put in fishy. Meh
But I would love to change my name though. Something on the lines of QueenNatalie or something like that.

Lemunde was taken at a very young age by a demonic cult. The cult raised him along with three others to be the physical embodiment of a powerful demon. Over the years they ravaged his body with dark sorcery, giving him increased speed and strength and stopped his body from aging.

He came to know the other abductees as his brothers. Each one of them was affected differently by the cult's sorcery but in the end they were all effectively immortal. And they all suffered different adverse effects. In Lemunde's case, he lost the ability to speak.

Over time the brothers became impatient with the cult's ideals. They refused to go through with the possession and when the cult tried to force them the brothers fought back. The entire cult was annihilated that night. With nothing left for them, each of the brothers went on their separate ways.

Lemunde spent many years wandering the Earth, learning the ways of the world and trying to find meaning in his own existence. He fought in many battles and served as an assassin on many occasions.

And that's about as far as I got on trying to make this story. There was some other stuff about dragons, a demonic war and reuniting with his brothers but there's a lot of missing pieces. But yeah, Lemunde was the name I chose for the primary protagonist. Don't ask how I came up with it.

Mine comes from a 1950's western movie I saw, in which the protagonist (who's name was Jim) was constantly called a bad man for what he did.

Also, I really like the simplicity of it, zero chance to mispronounce it, zero chance to misinterpret it.

I named one of my characters in Oblivion Spork, and, as you can see, it went downhill from there.

Its amazing how much things we're currently doing can influence us. Most names I see are based on something like it. Current game being played, current favorite music, current favorite movie.

It sorta governs what goes through our heads, to the point where if asked, we refer to it, any chance we get. Pretty cool.

Late to the party, I'm sure, but I chose my name after the great Alfred, Lord Tennyson. I think the first time I used it was as a gamertag, and Tennyson was already taken. I chose TennysonXII because alliteration is fun!

Also, the name rhymes with venison. I'm sick of hearing people call me Tenee Sahn.

I'm pretty sure I've told this forum before but here we go again...

When I first got XboxLive (I didn't have a computer of my own at the time) my gamertag was DitDit. It was a nickname given to me when I was in Primary, it's origins I have forgotten of. Any ways as time progressed I got sick of the name and was sick of Americans in the game lobbies always going "What the [censored] is a DitDit?" I eventually changed it to "Katana Master 9" I would have used Katana Master but that was taken (by an inactive account :glare: ). I don't exactly remember why it's Katana Master but I'm sure it had something to do with the a save I had in Oblivion where I was role playing a ninja, a save where I only used a Katana or I thought Katana's where awesome... I forget  So I've been stuck with it ever since

Verlox, The Destroyer of Fluffy Things, and Drinker of Sweetened Cough Syrup.

Got it during a ski-trip. Oddly, it had nothing to do with destroying fluffy things, or drinking sweetened cough syrup.
