But what about the rest of the world?

What about Canada, being so close to America? I know it got annexed by America. I saw that in a load screen.

I presume when nuclear war started the nuclear bombs went from America as well as to.

But are the other countries as bad or worse than America?

I know China invaded America at some point.

But what does China look like now?

Or other places, like more island places, like Britain? Or Hawai, hidden islands. The entire world would not have gone nuclear. Are some places nuclear free? Did some avoid the nuclear war?
