I have given each of the beggars the items they need. I have talked to sethari (sp?) but he knows it was me. Now what do I do?

ok, you wouldn't have been the first who never reads questlogs...... let's get more precise:
Spoiler
the best place to get divine inspiration should be the chapel. And you won't have to travel to Maras Chapel in Bravil, Cheydinhal will do just fine.

Ok, i've goten both veinim and sarthri out of the way (Veinim is camping at azura's shrine, Sarhri is a mara preist), yet when I report to the telvanni person, she STILL insists that I get them out of the way. The quest won't complete!!!

hmm. That's the fourth report of this behaviour in over 4000 downloads, seems to be hard to reproduce... would you please send me the sequence of quest log entries in a PM? maybe this gives me a clue where's the hole in my quest strategy. That's the price for making Questlines partly parallel... well, to help you out of this:

I could ask you to be more precise, but I guess you mean Ulene's door riddles... ok, Here are the Spoilers

1st riddle: Just a description
Spoiler
The first riddle just describes the name and "behavior" of something that's quite common to Cheydinhal. Put a part of it into the box

2nd riddle: psychological trap
Spoiler
The word "opposite" burns an idea into most peoples head. Ignore it and read the riddle again ;)

3rd riddle: Read the writing on the wall!
Spoiler
The solution jumps right out of the wall behind the symbols - literally. You thought Oblivion had 3D graphics? no, in the base game it's just a 2d representation of a 3d world. The sequence of symbols can be seen in trues 3d with the right technique, just as the riddle says.

well, i gave my best to make the third one unique - it has prooven way too far outside the limits of riddles most people are used to deal with - i've heared from a lot of players that they just TCLd through the door...

no too good news on new chapters: my own new chapter is still in an early phase because I'm occupied with some NIBLE troubles. And sadly, though the concept is a modular one, no other team has even discussed ideas for further modules.

Bump for a great mod.

Any news on further chapters? Either your own, Garak, or other teams?

Sorry, didn't notice your bump/question until I investigated a peak in video calls ;)
Well, still no other teams, but as i'm (mostly) through with some updates on NIBLE, i am currently developing graphics for a sphere i don't want to reveal yet. lots of graphics left to do, and no quest work besides concepts and outlines, so don't expect a Xmas present in the size of a chapter.

Is the German version like Adash, using new references so it will work on English Oblivion or is it like Rabenstolz/Ravenpride where it uses the original references and won't work on English Oblivion?

I'm not sure if I understand your question - most likely because i don't know more about ADASH than that it exists and that some PlanetOblivion.de voice actors appear. TOS:Prelude exists in a english edition and in a german edidtion, both technically independend from each other - i don't recommend to mix TOS:P EV with Oblivion's DV or vice versa. Since both versions contain full voice acting, i don't see any reason to mix either. But maybe i'm getting your question wrong?

The references for the races are different between the EV and the DV. Adash uses its own references for everything, so it doesn't matter which version it is played on. I'm playing it right now on the EV. The counter-example would be Ravenpride, where most of the references are kept from the original Oblivion so the DV won't play on the EV (or at least the voice acting won't work for many characters).

I'm asking whether this mod acts more like Adash or more like Ravenpride. I can play it in English but I'd rather play it in German.

Then you'd better play in English - like Ravenpride, Prelude mostly blends into Tamriel and is using OBs basic races (one exception is made for the non-imperial beggars, because all Beggar voices are limited to imperial voices).

Actually, it was written in English, and i hate some of my own back-translations to German, so i hope you'll enjoy the English version....

Hey Garak, are you still planning on adding more modules to this mod? I would love to see this project continued, the Prelude had some of the most interesting and original quests that I have ever played in Oblivion. Hope all is going well. :)
