[RELz] The Oubliette

Umm I've got a problem; the game crashes after I finish talking to the solider, or if I try to make my way into the Oubliette at all...ANy help at all is much appreciated.

Well that's no fun, we'll see if we can get you sorted. Can you post your load order for us? Sounds like a conflict somewhere, the scripting in that scene if very simple so shouldn't be enough to crash by itself. :)

We need your actual load order dear, not your mod list. :rolleyes: The order in which your mods are loading matters. Post your actual load order please with BOSS or OMM. Thank you. Help us help you.

One of the best quest/dungeon mods ever as I have already stated. I don't play without it since you released. Only change: Pyffied the meshes.

Awaiting the sequel :D

FINALLY playing this mod now. Very creepy. So far the creepiest room for me was the one I'm in now. Which I think is VI. It's the one with where you're collecting keys and I think one was a demigod key. I've had a couple of good scares so far. One question about a room. I walked down a hall to a room that dead ends and the whole place busts into flames but I don't die and I can't get out. What do I do at that point?

Do you have god mode on or anything that grants 100% fire protection?
You should "die" at that point so you can move on.

Not that I know of. I removed all my rings and amulets and I still had full health. I also wasn't using god mode.

What race is your character? I've played enough custom races to be able to tell you that some have a innate 100% resistance to fire. Usually because they are more 'demonic' then other races, but in some cases, replace 'demonic' with 'draconic'.

OK so I went back and looked and removed all fortify and resist items that I had equipped. Then went and looked at my health in the stats menu and it was dropping 5 points BUT what ever I have was immediately restoring my health. So I was only dropping 5 points at most. I have no idea what I had equipped that can be causing me to not lose any of my health.

I really hate to do it but is there any console command that can jump me past that point so i can move on? Otherwise I'll never be able to continue with the mod which really svcks because I love the mod so far.

I'd assume a setstage might help. Or...
Eat a poison apple. This is just pure random thinking here, but if you're healing more then 5 points per second, then adding a higher amount of damage would override it.

Or figure out what mod has granted you a health restoration(/resist fire) effect by checking your active effects tab, then proceed to either kindly escort it out of the building for a little while, or teach it what it feels like to be dead. Or just the effect if you're a smart user.

I had to end up eating a poisoned apple which took forever for me to lose my health so I could die. But I finally got passed that point. Now I'm trying to find a key to unlock a door in room 8.

I'm stuck on Lvl.6, been through all 4 rooms and got the keys, +3 more from Zombies but I Still can't bet past the Invnsible hand... :confused:

Tomb of Unrest, one hall has a hole in the floor, with a chest on the other side, but an invisible won't let me pass, the other way are 4 doors, I've been through them all, Demigod Skelly in one, room of fire in one, 3 waves of nasties in one... (can't think of the 4th,) but I've collected those keys, found 3 more outside.
First time I tried the door to "Rush" didn't lock, (Hall with big Skelly) even though I had the key, reloaded and it did this time, but I still can't pass the hole...

ah that's the one i had trouble with because I had a high health regeneration. You "died" in the hall of terror with that fire right? That was the last room i did. You should be able to go over and open the chest after doing those 4 rooms then drop down the hole.

Yeah, I did all four doors and everything Seemed to progress properly, got a key at the end of each one, but it Still wouldn't let me pass that hole, finally TCL'ed it and finished the level, Then started All over again on the next one, found a key in the Skelly's hand, shot out, 6??, actually I shot 5 Weklid stones on the previous level, and had to hop out onto the hanging "cages"? to get the one in the cell next door, *(to raise the gate) but then it told me I needed a Key... :banghead:
I'm getting that with Most of the doors now.
I Did have a conflict in DH with Keychain, and wondering if it might be a factor here...

There was a Skeleton leaning on the Table, key was in his hand, but didn't show in inventory..., But it didn't work... :blink:

Collected 4 keys (5 with that Funkey key) in Hircines Arena, but they didn't work...

I don't remember it being in his hand. It was on the table. You should be able to click on the key and it not be in the skeletons inventory.

Nope, http://i872.photobucket.com/albums/ab289/Brozly/ScreenShot5-2.jpg , I Disabled http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3409 went back first after I Had the key,nogo, then before, then the key worked fine, it caused some problems in the Hollows as well, but I'd Never had trouble with it before, that I was aware of... I've used that mod as long as I can remember, and it's Almost essential, I hate trying to scroll through twenty thousand keys.... :brokencomputer:
