Is there some trick to downloading from TESA? I click the download link and it just says "Sorry, but you do not have access to any of the functions in our Download Manager"

 darn! Ah well.

People who don't corpse check in a dungeon deserve to be stuck!
lol, but there are so many corpses! So many corpses! Checking every one is neither fun nor, to be honest,m particularly good design. Especially when there is no button to close then quickly. Hmph!

Still its good fun though!

One thing I liked when starting this was the voice saying "look behind you" as you go further into the first room; when you turn there really only is the corpse that sticks out as somewhat out of the "ordinary". Oh, looking forward to your mod too Filthy :D

LOL You need to be a member to download from TESA. :P Like pretty much anywhere. Takes only a minute.

Erm, when you activate a corpse just press your activate button again to close the inventory window immediately.

But then you have to look! XD [/whining] and there is no fast take all button either. (edit: scrap that, I just found a mod that does that! http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27638)

Oh ok. I guess i must be corpse-blind then! Thank you! It will probably have quite a different feel to Oubliette though. Hopefully as scary, or more! :P

Out of interest, is that key used to unlock loads of other doors, or just the first one, and if it is, well, i suppose I'd better go looking for its Form id in the CS, as I'm not going to reload a save from such a long time ago!

That key is just for that one door. :D Far as I know anyway. :lmao: I'm just through level VIII myself. Must go back and play more...now that my knees have stopped knocking. :P

I must say, some modders did a very good job on this mod, and they must have some kind of twisted imagination to have come up with half the stuff!

v1.1.1 New Version Update!

Had a couple reports of a missing texture in Level 6, turns out there was an extra "\" in the texture path for the mesh. We have repacked the BSA with the adjusted texture path.

Previous Downloaders: Obviously, this is not game breaking just momentarily immersion breaking. So, if you have downloaded any previous versions of the BSA you may download a Missing Texture Fix on the same page as the 1.1.0 .esp FIX (at the bottom of the page). It's a 50MB Download. Simply replace your current TheOubliette.bsa with the new one and load a clean save. You can find the Missing Texture Fix here --> http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=189

New Downloaders: If you have never downloaded The Oubliette before November 1st, you do not need to download the above mentioned fix. Instead you need to download The Oubliette v1.1.1 which contains the updated .esp plus the Updated BSA files and readme. You can find that download here --> http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=190

Heh. What if we actually thought the main room was the trickiest to navigate? :)

Anyway, voted, and man this was some really good stuff. Devious people. Very devious.

Might want to fiddle with some collision boxes in the main chamber. I found it possible to jump up on top of the walls and was able to bypass several doors. Ended up in room 7 to start and while that worked the first time, I realized only after that point that you're supposed to do all of this in sequence. So I tcl'd back up to the entry and went through door 1. When I got back to 7, the area was broken and not solvable. Had to pop the CS and then get the cell name for the exit room and coc'd to that.

There's also a slight problem in room 6 where it's possible to get caught behind the collision barriers
Spoiler
that get enabled when the second fire room activates
and there's no way to get out without using tcl again.

You are not the first to ask! ;)

I thought about it but figured the obvious HUGE piles of crap and collision and the ONE open doorway would have clued folks to take the path of least resistance. But you can't account for what someone's imagination will inspire them to do! :lmao:

That is weird, I'll note it for future update, thanks. :goodjob:

Haven't finished the whole dungeon yet, but I must say it's fantastic. Every level is beautiful, imaginitive and scary! I'll have a tough time deciding which I liked best. Good job, everyone :goodjob:

Downloading right now. I'm sad I wasn't able to add my piece to it (I had a concept drawn up and even some models already in the works) but I'm glad this project has been a success! Just how much of a success I get to see soon!

Spoilered for those who have not played. :D

Spoiler
I think, not sure mind you, but I think that's the one where you need to jump out on the cages and shoot an odd looking Welkynd stone to get the gate to go up. Look about. Is there a section of railing that is missing? If so, that's the one. :D Have a look and see if there's a couple cages hanging just outside and off to the right.
