The Petrified Forest

I spoke with someone a couple years ago who claimed to have been in this real huge dungeon in Oblivion that hd a Petrified forest... anyone knows what he was talking about?

I think the Underpall Cave that you go to get the Crusader's Sword during Knights of the Nine had trees in it. Also i do remeber another cave with lots of dead trees but i can't remeber what cave it was.
